Worst online shopping experience in my…
Worst online shopping experience in my life.
I purchased an item in October, what eventually arrived was a completely wrong item.
Even though it was completely their fault they declined to refund my money back outright and they condition the refund on sending them the item back.
This was obviously fine for me but having them pick-up the item they erroneously sent was an odyssey.
Their customer service and transport service is a mess, it took them several weeks to even process the request.
All in all it's been three months now and I still don't have my money back.
Never again.

I ordered two chairs
I ordered two chairs, it was hell to build. There are 6 long nails that were impossible to screw correctly; the engineer who csme u0 with this system should find another job. In the instructions it said 15min a chair, but it was more like 3 hours a chair (and if you managed to screw). Not sure they will resist. Should have delivered additional nails, since some were impossible tu turn.
Very unhappy client.
I hope you will replace the chairs, if quality will not resist.

Unusable furniture with poor customer service
I ordered a stool. It arrived with only 3 legs. The fourth leg was faulty and unusable, 2 cm shorter than the others. I reported the fault on the 26 November to them with photos attached as they requested. Than packaged item back in original box with reference number as they requested. Miliboo still have not organised the collection. They told me I have to send it back before they can send me a new one (if still available) or to get a refund . I have been waiting over 1 month now and still have not heard back from SEUR they claim to pass my contact details to. (yes I checked my spam too!) All they done is passing messages to their transport department and told me to wait for their response. Making mistakes is one thing. Putting it on your customer without taking responsibility for it is another.

Great purchase
Very happy with my purchase made last year with miliboo.fr. I found a nice chest of drawers for which I looked for a long time.
The experience with the company was excellent. It took a bit to figure out all the installation instructions, however we ended up with a beautiful product at a decent price.
