No communication
I placed an order through sweeek website, and the order was delivered successfully. However, there was one item that I wanted to return. I contacted the customer service team and we communicated entirely by email regarding the return.
In those emails, I was written that someone would get back to me within 72 hours. This did not happen. I did not receive any response within 72 hours, and I was left waiting without any update.
Then, approximately one week later, a courier suddenly called me to inform me that he was on his way to collect the return. I had not been informed by your company that a courier had been arranged to collect the item. The courier himself was the one who contacted me when he was already on his way.
Nevertheless, I handed the parcel over to the courier as requested.
Since returning the item, I have been trying to contact the company to find out whether they have received the returned item and whether I will receive my money back. I have now sent several emails, including a third follow-up, and I am receiving no response whatsoever.

Poor quality, commutation skill don’t exist and the product is cheaply made from china. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Terrible communication
Terrible communication. I asked Sweeek to deliver my pergola between 31 mai and 8 June, but they planned it between 5 and 10 June. I spent at least 10 emails and 10 telephone calls (which they don't answer).They referred to Colis Relais and later on JP Home. They dont't answer the phone either. I only hear a message ('expected waiting time Is less than 5 minutes'). But even after 30 minutes no answer (I tried it about 10 times as well). Impossible to get in touch. Are there really people working at SWEEEK or only robots who can't read?

De plus, les dates de livraison dépendent directement des tournées des transporteurs, ce qui peut décaler le créneau initial.
