Review of Caseking
The choice of their own logistic…
The choice of their own logistic parners is hectic.
Bought item from them, and Everything seems fine until the final step : receiving the item.
First attempt/day to delivrer : item nom show, no excuse. Whereas i waited home all day long.
Second attempt/day to délivrer : I had a business Munch, not available but had nom way to inform the delivery company.
Third attempt/d'Ay to délivrer : waited all day at home, nothing delivered, no excuse received but a new date for delivery...
The delivery company has all contacts from me. I have none of them.
It a nightmare. As this trend, the item will go back to caseking and i'd have to resquest reimbursment substracted the delivery fees of 12,99€ (!?). Quite a hight fees for just shit.

- Cash back ne sont pas toujours enregistrés malgré l'effort de bien suivre leurs instructions et précaution.
- Annulations de cash back non justifiée.
- Péremption de cash back (!?)
- Suivis et contrôles laborieux.. What else ?
