Receiving only part of your order and then struggling to get clear answers is understandably upsetting, and I completely understand why this experience left you feeling disappointed. We also sincerely apologize for the way the communication and follow-up were handled, as this is not the level of service we aim to provide.

That said, I’m glad to see that our team was ultimately able to help resolve the matter and that the order was refunded on May 6.

Nei casi in cui un ordine non è stato spedito, indaghiamo attentamente sulla causa e ci adoperiamo per risolvere eventuali discrepanze. Se ti sono state addebitate erroneamente le spese di restituzione o hai riscontrato un problema con il tuo ordine, ciò non sarebbe dovuto accadere, poiché in questi casi siamo noi a coprire tali costi.
