I have been buying my malt whisky from…
I have been buying my malt whisky from MOM for a good few years now, and in that time I have never been let down with an order, the prices are very competitive, and the MOM Prime is second to none. unfortunately I left a purchase very late, as I did last night and amazingly the order was delivered to me in about 18 hours tops, incredible service or what.
I hope going forward the service is as good as it is now,
5 Stars all day long.

First time purchasing from Masters of Malt and I will certainly not hesitate to return. Through no fault of their own there was a delay in the delivery of my item and when I called to query, they could not help me enough. The product I got was exceptional for the value and I highly recommend Masters of Malt to anyone. The day my item arrived, my husband put in a next order and was so impressed with what they stock / sell, he has recommended them to everyone.
My whole experience was fantastic from start to finish and I cannot recommend Masters of Malt enough,thank you so much for a fantastic experience and for a fabulous product, i will no longer be purchasing beverages from the high street :)

Outstanding
Master of Malt always delivers an excellent selection of rare whiskys at very fair prices. The customer service is beyond reproach and the bottles are packed so well, it would take a major event to cause damage. They are also very responsive to inquiries and address any issues promptly. They truly care about the consumer.

Great company
I use this company often as they have such a wide variety of drinks available as well as some unique options!
I use the company regularly as I live far away from family.
My only issue is that on one occasion when paying for next day delivery, the item wasn’t delivered for several days. When I queried this with customer services, I was told that next day delivery was not available for that postcode, and I was offered no apology or refund for postage at all.
A great company I will continue to use but a suggestion would be to allow customers to know that some services aren’t available for certain delivery postcodes at the time of booking and disable the option of paying for a service that cannot be carried out.

Do not use outside the UK
107 euro bill
dhl says i have to pay 57 euro tax to receive my bottles.
I ask id i can return and get a refund they say yes minus import tax.
I ask Dhl if there are any costs on not accepting the package and to return it to sender. They say There is not.
I inform masters of malt the package is coming back at the earliest day possible but then they say o no sorrie you have passed the ultimate day of return possible.
SCAM/BULLSHIT misrepresentation and everything else if you ask me.
I do not recommend this site for outside of the UK
