Master of Malt Reviews 

Placed what is only my second order, to be told after paying and receiving a confirmatory email, that due to a 'stock error' my order can't be fulfilled. Disappointing and on this basis, not sure i'll be ordering from them again.

Quite sure their reviews are being bought off. Which is a thing with 'trust'pilot. There is little to none transparancy on their 'competitions'. I can't find the winner. It's not on IG like they say on the website. The hour of them announcing the winner changed last minute. I feel ripped off. My advice, don't waste your money like I did.

I signed up on master of malt to get a bottler os Springbank 15,18 or 21.

I called in after the opening times of the prime subscription and was told the system takes a few minutes to come online. When I went back to the site all the bottles were gone.
This is a total nonsense, the companies do this in order to get you to pay ans sign up and the people have bots installed to buy up all the the mains bottles ina split second.

Efficient, competitive, too many emails

Used this company couple of times now and they have been efficient and excellent every time. The last time I used them, I made an error on the delivery address and the company were so helpful getting my situation sorted. While it was completely my fault, they helped make sure that my friends gift was re-sent out swiftly. Thank you Rosie and Sophie

My husband recently made a purchase with Masters of Malt for a very expensive bottle of whisky. Unfortunately when it arrived we didn’t notice that it was damaged as it was inside a very stylish wooden display. Only a couple of days later was it noticed by myself and I got in touch with their customer services. Everyone that I have been in contact with has been really helpful and even though the item had sold out, they went above and beyond to make sure I received a replacement. It wasn’t their fault the original one had arrived damaged and was just an unlucky experience. The new one has arrived and is in perfect condition and my husband, who had no idea what had happened, is delighted. Lovely people to deal with and we will definitely look to purchase from the company in the future. Highly recommend them!

I have ordered from Masters of Malt several times and each time I have found the process to be smooth and very customer focused. This time was no exception. The website is well presented and easy to navigate. From 1st click to delivery is smooth and my order arrived within the given timescale. The order was well packaged with is always a plus when dealing with glass bottles. Another wonderful experience with a great company.

After an Order got "Lost" in the post, I sent a email to ask if it could be cased or refunded. Within hours a reply offering a new bottle change of delivery method and a time that suited me. No hassle, no problem. Unbelievable service.

After such good service I then asked about suggestions for my uncles birthday, and agin with a couple of hours Four suggestions with good reasons to buy either. No brainer placed the order and will more than happy do again. Highly recommended and keep up the good work.

Been using this company for a few years now for some drinks I never knew existed and they have never let me down. My whisky arrived as I expected it would. I drank it and it tasted great, as I expected it would. All was good in the world.

I’ve been buying whisky and occasionally Gin for a friend, for several years now, and never had any problems with any product.

Delivery was a problem once earlier in 2026, but Customer Services were very accommodating and helpful in resolving the issue and the products arrived two days later.

I especially like the flash sales for buying something I haven’t tried before or to asa gift for someone.

I find their reviews and tasting notes very accurate and helpful, and really appreciated.

MofM are a company that are doing very good things very well. They know how to please their customers and are never too pushy with sending offers.

Great product and delivery..

I have ordered from Master of Malt many times and as always the experience, communication, delivery times and packaging were excellent!

This time I ordered two of the Mystery Boxes. While I understand and appreciate the nature of this arrangement is a gamble, I was very disappointed to receive two of the same bottles (especially ones I would never want to buy - but that’s part of the gamble!). It would have been nice that if you order multiple bottles then you don’t get the same ones.

My go to if I want something a bit special. Packaged safely and always delivered quickly
