My gown arrived fast updated all the way
It was beautifully packed in a lovely box and layered with tissue paper it would have been a difficult job for the person as the gown has a long train but it was perfect I’m 68 and it’s going to be my wedding dress and I could not be any more pleased and happy it’s my Mrs Harris goes to Paris dress

The item arrived and I didn't like it
The item arrived and I didn't like it. I telephoned the customer service number to return it straight away. The lady was very helpful and arranged it all over the phone and gave me tracking numbers etc. DHL were the company chosen by myteresa.
Several weeks after the item had been collected I realised that they hadn't refunded me. I contacted them and they claimed that I should have been given a receipt from DHL. They got me to fill in a form with all the tracking numbers etc that they themselves had given me. In the end that wasn't good enough. They insisted that I should have been given a receipt by DHL. I said I hadn't been given one and anyway that was not the usual practice for items that are collected. In the end I had to contact DHL who said that no, I should not have been given a receipt- it goes directly to myteresa as they hold the account with myteresa. I would never buy any item of clothing from them again. I suggest you give consideration as to whether, if you wish to return the item, that the time and frustration you will need to invest just to get your money back is worth shopping with them.

Another week has passed and more empty…
Another week has passed and more empty promises. Even the manager sent me a message saying I would receive a response last Friday. Of course, I haven't heard anything. I called them today and they said I still need to be patient. This will probably end up in court. Be aware of this if you order.

⭐ Extremely disappointing – £255 parcel never received
Absolutely appalling customer service. My £255 parcel was never received, yet Mytheresa refuses to accept responsibility, offer a replacement, or issue a refund.
Their only “proof of delivery” is a photograph showing the parcel left unattended outside my gated property, on top of a letterbox, without my permission or a signature. I never authorised this as a safe place. This wax’s a birthday gift from my brother.
Despite formally disputing their decision and explaining the situation, they continue to refuse to resolve the matter. For a company dealing with high-value purchases, this is completely unacceptable.
I am now escalating the matter through my card provider and other appropriate channels.
Very poor service. I would seriously reconsider ordering expensive items from Mytheresa.
