Just be honest and give warning to customers when they buy the giftcards and redeem the vouchers. It would take numerous attempts and at least 3 days to get the final selected shop voucher code. The energy and frustration that the customers need to go through - by figuring out how to file complaints, the 24 hours wait, to going thru' the 'security check' and no customer support via telephone on online chats. Honestly, how many of these vouchers are not redeemed at all due to these processes?

Honestly, this is probably the worst voucher I’ve ever used. I used to buy these vouchers to give to friends, but after receiving one myself and experiencing the redemption process, I’ll definitely never buy one again.

The redemption process is unnecessarily complicated, and on top of that, you’re required to provide a lot of personal details just to use a voucher. The whole experience is frustrating and far more complicated than it needs to be.

Thanks to the friend who gave me this voucher — at least now I know that my other friends won’t have to go through the same experience, because I’ll simply buy the voucher directly from the store instead.

Definitely not recommended.

i have to write this in english because my german is not good enough and i want to use my own words,
i got a €50 gift card wich i wanted to use for google play, i tried to order it and instead of a geniune awnser you get a generic respons, in the meanwhile i was unable to get what i wanted used google to figure out how to do this so i went and changed it into a mediamarkt coupon worth €50 neither wunschgutschein or mediamarkt tells you before finalizing the transfer that you cannot BUY ANY GIFTCARD WITH UR OWN GIFTCARD now i have €50 at mediamarkt wich i cannot get what i want and am now forced to just buy some random stuff thanks for this wunshgutschein and mediamarkt worked togather to steal this €50 from me this is by far the best birthday present i ever got thanks!!!

Recently lost my Gutschein code but luckily I did redeemed some of it before. I emailed the customer support with some info and within an hour I got a reply from Frau Himmel and I was able to get my Gutschein code again! That is a really good customer support!

I had trouble with redeeming the Gutschein code automatically from Amazon through the website, but after contacting the support Frau Schnee promptly helped me with direct code in email within two hours. Great and friendly support is the key, definitely recommend this company and buying cards from them again!

I get this gutschein from the company where I work. and everytime iÍ try to use them I have a problem. First time I tryed to use the in amazon.de and they were not active and I have to conrtact them in wunschgutschein. the second time I tryed to use them in Müller, but they were rejected by the store and they said in Müller that the Gutschein are not activated. I contacted the Wunschgutschein , and they said that they will send it again. And then nothing. My advice to use them, do not do that to anyone you care about.

After more than 10 days trying tonsolve my problem with Kontakt Fomular withou success. Finally it was solved after WhatsApp chat. It was fast, polite and friendly.
