My X4 light is truly versatile. Between the power levels, the front LEDs, the lantern mode, and the RGB colors, it is suited for any situation! Its compact design allows you to take it everywhere, it's perfect for everyday use !

I've got plenty of Wuben flashlights: F5, G2 (my daughter's favourite), gecko, h3, t1, x1 falcon

I even got t20 Prometheus, proof that company that 10 years ago produced dull lights, managed to jump on some higher level and is still standing on it (X1 is example of perfect craftmanship and engineering).

So, my experience is completely positive. Discounts are good, customer support is fast. Flashlights are at the level that lots of other brand have no chances to achieve.

I hope they will keep this level.

I got my Wuben H4 from a friend and I really like it. It's a headlamp with built in battery but also capable of using 3xAAA batteries.

I was surprised that it has motion sensing control, the feature where user can control the headlamp just by waving our hand over it.

Later I checked their website to learn more about this headlamp. I found that Wuben makes flashlights, headlamp, and other lighting accessories.

I'm currently saving some fund to purchase their G5 series (the yellow one looks dope).

My wuben g5 has been a great user experience for me when it arrived last July 2026.I have the yellow and the ice crack finish. I am very much happy using it on my evening walks daily routine. The maximum 400 lumens max is insanely bright to its size. It is only 450mah but can last up to 65 hours on lowest setting. The RGB lighting was so fun and used it as mood lighting in my bed before sleeping.The magnet on the tail is strong enough to stick on any metal surface and it is very useful for me in checking my engine bay specially at night. This is my favorite edc flashlight and always on my pocket and in my bag. This is a highly recommended edc flashlight for those looking a trusted brand, pocket friendly and really good for the budget with enough lighting power when you need it.

Having seen negative reviews I really can't see why people aren't happy with this company, I have had absolutely no problems with any of the products other than a firmware issue with one, which after a few problem solving steps they instantly dispatched me a new one.
My favourite has always been the X4 as it is super bright but dimmable right down to candle light levels. The battery life just seems to go on and on and best of all it's ergonomic and sits nicely in the hand. I have a collection now and every single one has arrived in less than 10 days from china to the UK (Despite coming with Evri... IYKYK ). I would thoroughly recommend Wuben as a company, not only for the quality of their products but also their fantastic customer service.

Last year I purchased a Wuben X4. I have been very pleased with the torch (flashlight),it’s my work and dog walking torch. It has never let me down. Unfortunately a month or so ago I dropped it and broke the catch locking the rechargeable battery inside. I contacted Wuben asking to purchase a replacement battery cover. They asked for proof of purchase which I provided. The next thing I knew was customer services from Heinie Hayes had sent me a new battery cover free of charge. Wuben customer services had contacted the seller and asked them to send me the part. Outstanding customer services from both parties. My X4 is now up and running. Very happy. I feel extremely satisfied and spoilt. Customer Service was second to none. Thank you Wuben.

Really impressed with the Wuben G5! I love how it’s so easy to change the colors of the RGB. It’s also really pocketable, so definitely recommend it for those looking for a nice and versatile EDC.

The wuben e2 is a real edc utility. Barely noticebale but there when you need it. I'm glad that it has alot of option to magnet mount it, keychain, or necklace. The spot light is usable for daily use. Side light usable for a nightlamp and red/blue aux light for being seen at night..

I have been using widen flashlights for at least 7 years. During this time I have bought many of their flashlights n have backed several on kickstarter with my latest being the wonderful X1pro. This light is 12,300 lumens can throw a beam of light wide n long. I use it for night photography to test out different settings take photos of the x1pro lighting up objects many feet away.

I still haven’t mad it through all the settings but wuben has set the bar for other flashlight manufacturers.

I have problem with wuben lights n its buying too many of them. I carry on my trips, in my truck, in my EDC bag, etc.

If I had a favorite I would have to say the X1 pro is my current favorite flashlight n I carry this with me at all times.

Thanks Wuben for making great flashlights. Also, in closing I have to say that in all my years of using wuben flashlights I’ve not had any of them go bad overturned any for service. They make an excellent light!

I’ve used a lot of flashlights, and one thing I like about Wuben is that they’re willing to make lights that are genuinely different instead of producing another basic round flashlight. The X1 Pro, X3, and X5 are four very different lights, and each one fills a different role.

The X1 Pro wins for raw power.

The X3 wins for lightweight everyday carry and hands-free versatility.

The X5 wins for overall functionality.

If I could only keep one for normal everyday use, I'd probably choose the X5 because the white light, UV and laser give it capabilities the other three don't have. If I needed maximum illumination outdoors, though, there would be no question—the X1 Pro would be the one coming with me.

Wuben has done a good job making these lights different enough that there really isn't a single winner. The quality of lights rival competition like surefire that cost a lot more.

I have now bought 7 Wuben torches, one of which I was a Kickstarter backer, thats how much I believe in these torches. They are solid, bright and have the best Lumin to Price ratio on the market. Even the smallest torch is the most handy torch I now own. I have gone from an installation engineer, crawling through loft spaces pulling cables to standing in connection panels making final connections and there has always been a Wuben torch by my side lighting the job. I have had one issue with a torch and it was honestly the easiest and most efficient customer service I have ever delt with! Wuben make, in my opinion, the best torches on the market.

Wuben makes great flashlights. The shipping process goes smoothly, and delivery is fast. Customer service is also excellent if a problem arises. I will definitely be ordering from Wuben again. Thank you.

They have some very interesting new models, I got the E2 recently which I appreciate. It is so tiny but has a lot of cool features. Ordering process was flawless

I received very fast my Wuben E2. It's small keychain flashlights with smart lock for chain attachment. I am fully surprised from light giving flashlight. Button for operational is normal size easy for change mode or other option. It's great and many friends already enjoy to play with my new gadget E2. Battery life is great. Already 10 days enjoy experience.

They are good light for EDC. The light is super bright in really dark environments the light kinda gives off a blue light that might lead to reflection In dusty/foggy conditions. They are on a great development path it's hard to please everyone especially with torches.

Excellent support, the product quality is great. Shipping takes a bit longer when ordering directly from WUBEN but that is ok. I meanwhile own many flashlights from WUBEN and none disappointed me. They are all in use during search and rescue operations, therefore they are premium quality and super reliable.

Customer service is non-existent! While their products are good, the lack of customer service far outshines the good. They respond initially with canned responses (a bot, perhaps?) and then go silent. I ordered stuff last month and am still awaiting status updates (for items that are/were in stock)...Have reached out multiple times and now they do not even bother to respond!
UPDATE 08/19/26: Annabella reached out and has very satisfactorily resolved my particular situation, hence the update to four stars (I give Annabella five stars for her handling of the situation....but Wuben itself needs to improve this aspect IF they want to have their product line more successful)

Wuben E2 Pulse, This little thing that you might never think you would use, is honestly one of my most reached for tools in my EDC arsenal. The convenience of having a more than capable multiple light source in a quick arms reach absolutely trumps my go to light sources, from the chain to the magnetic clasp that you can pull the light off of (if you opt for that option) My fiancé has officially stolen it from me and hasn’t let me have it back because she loves to have it with her at all times 😂

Wuben has helped me light the way for many years in all my adventures! I use many of thier products and recently received the small E2 flashlight and it has been great!
