I’ve been taking the daily essentials for about 4mons on and off. The past two months consistent everyday. I stopped drinking coffee for personal reasons and would have tea to get my energy. The past month I stopped the tea bc IM8 is fueling energy to get thru the day. I reached out to customer service regarding an issue I had and they responded me in minutes and resolved the issue right away.

I m8 customer service is the best customer service. I’ve had. They are prompt with your response not once but twice sometimes three times I get different people responding. They’re just great service and a wonderful product. We’ve been on this for over a year and we feel super.

Great customer service and support. I had an issue with delivery but it was resolved quickly. I appreciate the transparency on what is included in the product and that the dosing of key elements were increased to improve the effectiveness of the product.

I was hesitating to buy initially because of the price but I was really suffering from bad acid reflux and terrible gut problems, so I decided to order. And boy this was the best decision as only after the first sachet I already feel the difference. I swear its life changing. Since starting I never had to take antacids again. I highly recommend as I didn’t experience the discomfort and pain in my stomach after taking IM8. Thank you so so much IM8❤️

Great products and service - Very happy with my membership

Very disappointed with my experience.

I signed up for an IM8 subscription and, before my second order, I received three separate text messages saying a free gift was coming with my next delivery. The same loyalty reward was also promoted on the IM8 website, so naturally I expected the gift to be included with my second subscription order.

When my order arrived without the gift, customer service first told me that loyalty rewards only apply to the third renewal. When I questioned why I had received multiple messages promising the gift, they changed their explanation and said it was a “technical error” and asked me to disregard the messages.

A technical error doesn’t explain why the same promotion was sent multiple times and advertised on the website. If it was truly an error, why wasn’t it honoured or at least acknowledged with a goodwill gesture?

This isn’t about the value of a bottle or cap—it’s about trust and keeping promises to customers. Instead, I now have to spend another $300+ and wait until my third order to receive something that was clearly advertised as coming with my second delivery.

If you’re subscribing because of the advertised loyalty rewards, I’d recommend confirming exactly what you’re entitled to before placing your order. My experience has left me feeling disappointed by both the promotion and the way customer service handled it.

I absolutely love IM8. I feel more energy, it helps speed up my recovery from my activities. I am six months away from being 60 so recovery is extremely important. I play Padel basically everyday and for hours

I have been in using IM8 for 1.5 months now. From early on I thought I was feeling better and much more energized. I have a preference for the mango and lemon flavors, but Acai is ok too. None of them are too sweet. So far so good. I will keep using it

IM8 has simplified my supplement regime. Over 90 ingredients in one easy to drink powder saves me money and time every morning. IM8 makes my retirement adventures so much better. ❤️

Just received my first order. My mixer wasn’t in my order but emailed customer service and they were great. Handled it within a couple hours. My mom is battling stage 4 ovarian cancer and her Dr recommended IM8 and we have no doubts it’s what’s helping her handle her treatments. Can’t wait to start mine. Highly recommend!

The IM8 Customer Service is top notch! They were quick to respond to an error in my order. I just started the drinks - the flavor is good, no aftertaste!

I switched to IM8 about a year ago from another brand that was doing just fine it seemed and I was feeling great. But I wanted to honestly sped a little less. That was my only initial reason. So I switched. Since then the simplicity of the packets, throw one in a bottle of water every morning as part of my routine, has been super easy. The flavor is honestly good and I don't mind drinking it! That says a lot in this day and age of crap tasting supplements. My numbers on my labs have been great so I am getting everything I need in my supplementation and I feel awesome daily! Im super happy with my choice to switch and am looking forward to keeping the ball rolling. Thanks IM8!

So far my experience has been wonderful product taste great. I don’t have a 3 o’clock slump. I have more focus better energy and sleeping better.

I've been taking IM8 Beckham Stack for the past 3 months. I just purchased another 3-month supply, so I wanted to share this review. I got interested in this product because it was such a hassle keeping track of and taking so many different supplements individually.

I do weight training in the morning and CrossFit in the evening, so supplements are really important for me. Since I'm combining strength training with CrossFit, recovery is crucial, and I definitely feel like this has helped me maintain my condition. I especially make sure to take it on days when my workouts are more intense.

It tastes great and is really easy to take. Personally, I love shaking it well and drinking it cold with ice — it tastes amazing that way. The white residue that settles at the bottom has a slightly bitter taste. I also really like the subscription gift package, and I think I'll keep taking IM8 for my supplements going forward.
