The purchase was as advertised! Customer service and folllow up were on point. I needed to purchase a new throttle and they asked me to send a pix and confirmed the problem and solution.

Bike came in a timely manner and was as advertised.

Customer service has been great even after our purchase. We have ordered a couple of things through them after receiving the bike and they have worked with us every time. Bike is very fast and built good for the price!

Qronge has been a wonderful company to work with. I purchased a qronge lava trike and have just loved it! Had a little electrical problem after owning it for 11 months and their warrenty department took care of me GREAT!

We purchased a 2-pack of Qronge Thunder e-bikes, expecting to receive two brand-new bikes. Unfortunately, our experience with the second bike and Qronge's response has been extremely disappointing.

The first bike arrived in perfect condition. The box was completely sealed and secured with three white bands, and everything appeared exactly as you would expect from a new product.

The second bike arrived a day or two later, and the difference was immediately noticeable. All of the original staples had been removed from the box, and instead of three white bands, the box had only a single yellow band around it. It was obvious that this box had previously been opened.

Once we opened it, we found even more concerning signs. The bike had scratches on the wheels and fenders, along with water spots, dirt, and other signs of use on the tires and wheels. We took pictures documenting the condition and immediately contacted Qronge because we had paid for a new bike and wanted it replaced with a new bike.

Instead of simply addressing the problem, Qronge disputed our concerns. They told us that none of their products were used, despite the condition we documented in the photographs. They then blamed the damage on the shipping company and directed us to the shipping insurance plan we had purchased.

We filed a claim with the insurer, but the claim was denied because the condition of the packaging indicated that the box had been opened prior to shipping. In other words, we were caught between Qronge saying it was a shipping issue and the shipping insurer determining that the problem existed before shipment.

Qronge then offered us $100 to keep the bike, which we declined. We did not purchase a discounted, scratched, dirty, or previously opened bike. We paid for two new Qronge Thunder e-bikes, and we expected to receive two bikes in new condition.

Qronge ultimately said they would replace the second bike only after we shipped the original bike back to them. They would not send the replacement first. Considering that we ordered and paid for a two-bike set and one arrived in a condition that appeared inconsistent with a factory-sealed new product, we found the entire handling of the situation extremely frustrating.

Our issue isn't simply that something went wrong with an order. Problems can happen. Our disappointment is with how Qronge responded once we documented the problem and asked them to provide what we originally paid for: a new bike in new condition.

Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend that prospective buyers look elsewhere. If you're paying for a brand-new bike, you should receive a brand-new bike.

Wow! I’ve looked all around the Internet for the perfect Emoto for a beginner with a rush for adrenaline and quality. Qronge has outdone themselves, from the easy assembly to the reliable customer service, everything has been great. The bike is amazing nice tires, nice frame nice battery and honestly great controller on the bike! My only regret is that I did not buy the X5 or X7! But that is my next goal I am saving for! #Qronge4Life

The bike has plenty of power and is well built but when to unpackage and put together they the display screen will not power on and the the front wheel catches on the rotor like is warped... tried to email and call customer service and it's a nightmare to get in touch with them.. I know things happen and it's electronics and parts can be alittle whack sometimes but it shouldn't be this hard to get replacement parts

Awesome ebike! Performs way above its price range. Installation was straightforward and took me only about an hour to complete. I am planning to purchase another. My only gripe was the front light mount needed to be a little lower to avoid scraping the front basket, which is fixed and doesn’t move with the handle bars.

My son has had this bike for about 4 months now the bike itself is great, the only thing we have had to do is replace the chain the original one snapped, and we had also bought a different charger the original one would take hours to charge and would get really hot. Other then that the bike is fantastic!

Love my bike! Easy to use. Putting it together was a breeze and it was delivered without any issues. Highly recommend this bike.

What I liked was the ease of shopping on the website, the navigation through the various models, the ability to zoom in. The bike is well built, hefty and sturdy. It rides smooth with decent shifting and acceleration. My only complaint was with the battery which wasn't able to achieve anything close to the advertised range. Customer service is outstanding.
