Went to my local hills to back a horse that was 11 or 12/1 in reality but because the kingswinford shop has no competition they dont give best odds but only offer 9/1 so i walked out and went to boylesports in town and got 11/1 best odds, there are 3 bookies in town offerring best odds and yet still a dozen or so people in there yet when i went to my local hills not a single punter in there lol hills shut their shop in town recently and why do you think that is?? 3 other bookies offerring better value!

There’s good reason as to why WH have such terrible reviews and 1.2 bad rating. I’ve been a WH customer for nearly 15 years. I was betting on both sports and gaming regular and would have classed myself as a good, regular and loyal customer. After experiencing a gaming issue, that’s where it all went wrong…

The AI assistant when trying to get help on live chat is utterly useless. Good luck trying to get past the options that may not apply to your reason. If you’re lucky enough to get past AI and get through to a so called human, expect copy and pasted information. On one occasion, the ‘agent’ didn’t even change {Managers Name}. I found the ‘agent’ rude, unhelpful and was far from professional. And the response time is shocking

I also got advised to email SecondOpinion who deal with complaint. I’ve sent 4 emails now over nearly 3 weeks and shock, no reply and not even an acknowledgment

I told a live chat ‘agent’ that I’m considering closing my account due to losing trust in the customer service side of things and how I wasn’t feeling like a valued customer and rather than showing any care or concern or even trying to keep me happy, they just went ahead and closed my account. So, that’s what you get for being a 15+ year regular customer!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I now just stick with Paddy Power, Betfair and SkyBet and at least they offer you regular ‘thanks for your loyalty’ rewards and they have a reachable customer service option who actually care about you as a customer!

My local shop opens at 8am but the cleaner arrives at 9am. Floors mopped and carpet hoovered but this should be done prior to opening. My first experience of the shop manager today. Her language whilst speaking on the phone about a colleague was absolutely disgusting. I lost count of the number of times the "F" word was used. Certainly not something a new customer wants to hear.

I have been owed 700 in withdrawals for a week now 2 agents confirmed this was released and when back on chat they saying under review and the agents provided wrong info ??

The title of the review tells you all you need to know !!!! The FOBT machines in the shops are now an automatic loss, and a HEAVY one at that !!! Put it this way, if you deposit, expect to lose £500 minimum, or whatever your willing to feed it !!! TOTAL SCAM !!! Literally NONE of these machines pay now, been like that for probably 3 years, but they are the worst they've ever been now this last 6/8 months by a million miles !!!! Self excluded a while ago now expired, tried about 6 months ago to reopen via live chat, still waiting for the agent who said "Give me 15 minutes" to respond. Currently up to 180 minutes via "live" chat to get any replies

Customer service an Absolute joke you cannot speak to a human instead you have to speak to a digital bot who can't answer anything related to my issue they say their staff are available 24/7 yet tou can't phone or send an email.

customer service is terrible - i asked for an old debit card to be deleted - months i have been asking and they still havent done it - i can deposit by many means but when i eventually won money i cant withdraw - only to this closed bank account and they cant delete it they keep saying

After my usual bookies Betfred shut down I had no choice but to my local William Hill. Best odds had been finished as Betfred had closed. The round tables are to small, you can barely open the racing post on them never mind complete a betting slip. No room for your flask of coffee or pastry. The chairs are bone hard plastic. The toilets are a health hazard. Machine terminals don't take £1 coins. I went in today and the floor hadn't been hoovered from yesterday as my pastry crumbs were still on the floor.

Never had any major issues here, but it's only memories now. Specially with the new law that came into life in June, they started asking for account verifications, no matter how many years you with them. And it makes you feel like ur some criminal, they want proofs of address, not one, two! (Plus they said in the email, they gonna do checks more frequently now, no, thanks🖐️). I sent a bank statement (which I always did in the past) just to get a message back, bank statements aren't a proof of address (sic!) Contacted the live chat, just to be told they actually do accept bank statements as proof of address! Sent it again, got an email back they don't accept it! 😂 I mean, they contradict themselves, looks like they don't really care anymore. I don't know whats happening, but went to see other bookmakers reviews and there's something definitely going on, looks like a lot of them just want to get rid of customers, which doesn't make any sense right? There's something dodgy going on, but my advice is...looks like it's time to go back to the old school, which is going back to the local bookmakers shops, not very convenient, but at least ye won't be asked for millions of documents, proofs, photos and stuff like that.

shocking.. can't get your money out. Can't log in - I've been sent numerous links, provided personal info.. but said no, when they wanted bank details. I am still after 2 hours trying to get my money out

Banned my account without even emailing me to tell me why, had to chase customer service to figure out what was wrong and they just gave me a generic line about 'fairness'. Would not recommend.

I not had a problem with payouts normally pretty quick only problem i have is when they kick my out while in middle of game assuming i have a gambling problem only cause im playing at night i already told them its because i have a autistic daughter that dont like to sleep and i dont go on everyday either only for the free games and i hardly desposit so im not sure what there problem is if this keeps on im gonna remove myself and find another site
