The AI assistant when trying to get help on live chat is utterly useless. Good luck trying to get past the options that may not apply to your reason. If you’re lucky enough to get past AI and get through to a so called human, expect copy and pasted information. On one occasion, the ‘agent’ didn’t even change {Managers Name}. I found the ‘agent’ rude, unhelpful and was far from professional. And the response time is shocking

I also got advised to email SecondOpinion who deal with complaint. I’ve sent 4 emails now over nearly 3 weeks and shock, no reply and not even an acknowledgment

I told a live chat ‘agent’ that I’m considering closing my account due to losing trust in the customer service side of things and how I wasn’t feeling like a valued customer and rather than showing any care or concern or even trying to keep me happy, they just went ahead and closed my account. So, that’s what you get for being a 15+ year regular customer!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I now just stick with Paddy Power, Betfair and SkyBet and at least they offer you regular ‘thanks for your loyalty’ rewards and they have a reachable customer service option who actually care about you as a customer!
