Price reduced significantly at the time of inspection and takeovet
After online bid from wijkopenautos I went to handover my car. They reduced the offer by about euro 1000 giving reason that there were two owners and saying there was damage on car. It was very clearly shared by me when I asked for offer that the car was with me through leasing company and then I bought it, this was clearly stated. Secondly the damage that they mentioned was a minute stone spot on the bonnet and a very light difficult to notice superficial scratch on the bumper which even I had not noticed. Disappointing for me that the representative was focussed on finding reasons to reduce offer as much as possible. I had to sell the car anyway but I do not feel happy at all as the final price is much lower than the market value. Also, it is tricky here in Arnhem that the representative puts the information in the system and somebody sitting somewhere else sends the price after 5-7 minutes leave ngvyou no choice to discuss or question. Lastly there is not even a waiting area in Arnhem, I had to keep waiting outside the office in the open beyond my scheduled start time.

The Price you get is not the Price you are Quoted!
There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car, yet when I took it to Wijkopenauto's, the final price they offered me was over 700€ less than they quoted me online, with no explanation that I could understand for the difference.

Cuts your price in 1/4th cause of small issues
Scams you out of alot of money for small issues. My entire car was well maintained, had a new engine with less KM than the previous and had an issue with 4th gear. Car went from 2000 to 300.
Atleast the person i was talking to was nice and bummed out that they scammed me...

Paid what was promised
They paid exactly what was promised. I completed their forms as truthfully as possible, they sent an offer and a couple of days later I sold the car at the offer price so everything went as simple and easy as possible.

Bad experience in selling the car
I recently visited Wijkopenautos in Almere to sell my car, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
I had received an online price estimate of €8,000, but when I arrived, the offer dropped significantly to €6,500. The inspection was completed without any major issues being found, yet they still provided vague reasons for lowering the price.
When I expressed that the offer was too low, the staff responded in a rather dismissive and rough manner. They insisted that the car was only worth that amount and showed little willingness to discuss or justify the difference.
Overall, the customer service did not feel professional or respectful, and I decided to walk away from the deal.
