Price reduced significantly at the time of inspection and takeovet
After online bid from wijkopenautos I went to handover my car. They reduced the offer by about euro 1000 giving reason that there were two owners and saying there was damage on car. It was very clearly shared by me when I asked for offer that the car was with me through leasing company and then I bought it, this was clearly stated. Secondly the damage that they mentioned was a minute stone spot on the bonnet and a very light difficult to notice superficial scratch on the bumper which even I had not noticed. Disappointing for me that the representative was focussed on finding reasons to reduce offer as much as possible. I had to sell the car anyway but I do not feel happy at all as the final price is much lower than the market value. Also, it is tricky here in Arnhem that the representative puts the information in the system and somebody sitting somewhere else sends the price after 5-7 minutes leave ngvyou no choice to discuss or question. Lastly there is not even a waiting area in Arnhem, I had to keep waiting outside the office in the open beyond my scheduled start time.
