I am writing this review out of sheer frustration with the lack of customer service from Wickey.

We received a spring rocker as a gift purchased from your website, but unfortunately the wrong mounting option was selected when it was ordered. We are not asking for anything unreasonable — we simply want to order the correct mounting option so we can actually use the product.

However, getting any form of help from your company has been impossible. I have called three times and each time spoken to an employee who promised to call me back. Not once has that happened. My husband has also tried contacting you by email, but he has received no clear or helpful response.

At this point, we are left with a product we cannot use and no support from the company that sold it. This is completely unacceptable.

I am now forced to write this review on Trustpilot in the hope that someone from Wickey will finally take responsibility and contact me with a solution.

This situation is especially disappointing because the rocker was meant to be a christening gift for our son — something that should have been a joyful experience has instead become stressful and frustrating.

If no one from your company steps up to resolve this issue, then I cannot recommend Wickey to anyone.

I expect to be contacted and this matter resolved without further delay.

The choice of colors with swing seat and slide was a bit confusing
Otherwise all good and easy

Overall the site is awesome with a good choices.
I had a problem with some pieces but they reply me really fast and fast aswell they send me new pieces.

1 missing component though. Luckily i have some wood in my garage.

We had been searching the internet for months trying to find a quality built wooden climbing frame and swing set. After searching many providers we came across Wickey! May I just say that not only is your website user friendly, your customer service chat was great and to top it off you actually provide an app to help your customers build the product when no one else does. If fact one other supplier sent us your link on how easy it was to set up the equipment. Your pricing is competitive and fair and toped with everything else this is why we where more than happy to buy from yourselves. A great big thank you! we cant wait for the climbing frame to arrive!! Not sure if the adults are more excited than the kids!! :)

Smooth and easy process to purchase the climbing frame.

First time buyer I am super excited it was so easy to purchase did chat online to confirm a couple of details and customer service was amazing. Will leave another review when item received to review packaging and delivering and ease of assemble.

having put my faith in the reviews.....I too spoke with a very helpful person in customer services and after some great directional advice I made my purchase on line immediately !!

The purchase was very easy and I found all the accessories I wanted in just a few taps. Time will tell if the play frame is as good as the website!

I found the website very clear and easy to use. I loves the range of products and recommended extras such as anchors, child seat and rubber matting. The images and measurements were super detailed which enabled me to measure out and check everything for our garden shape and size. I used the AR option to view the climbing frame in our garden and check where it would fit best and to be able to organise the flooring for the delivery. This was also one of the quickest turn around delivery wise compared to other ones I've seen. Very impressed by the quality and size of the product.

Easy to use website with helpful instructions. I used the web chat function on a previous visit to clarify something and the agents were really responsive and helpful.
A choice of payment options was nice too.

I have just purchased a climbing frame and the ordering process was very straight forward.

There is lots of information on the products and videos on how to build the climbing frame so I'm sure we'll be able to manage without too much trouble.

The AR feature is also a nice addition.

Already have a loft bed with Wickey. Now my second is old enough now buying a second. Great quality and euro single size means they have plenty room to grow in the beds

Everything was delivered safely.
The assembly instructions are easy to follow.
And the instruction videos on the web-pages are worth seeing a couple og times.
The kids enjoy the play :-)

Have been looking at different climbing ng frames for a while fro different stores/companies, and in my opinion WICKEY has the most choice by far for the price. Love the fact that you can customise your order to colour choices and extras etc makes life easier to get exactly what you need. Cant wait for the order to arrive the kids are going to love it 😁, thank you

The website is easy to navigate and made selecting the correct climbing frame for our garden really simple.

Instruction manual was a little hard to understand at times. Otherwise everything is good. Kids are loving it.
