Usually I have found this service great but the last month has been awful. Ordered my whoosh at 12pm and it’s nearly 4pm and still not arrived. This happened twice before and now I’m done with its unreliable times. Made worse by eventually getting to speak to customer service who basically said can’t do anything but you can cancel if you want??? This is not what I expected and was further annoyed that he couldn’t even make the courier company aware (Stuart’s) that I had a problem. Could just be some lazy person sitting around, I don’t know. But they should be told so they can resolve it in future. I guess since Tesco are not even interested in logging calls from disgruntled customers, no one will know. I for one won’t be using the whoosh service again. Disgusted.

Twice now , only got refunded for one , they cannot read instructions, useless

I was very disappointed with my first experience with Whoosh. I ordered around 9:30 and received no updates. What calling around 10:15 I was assured my order was ready for collection. I received no text or email messages until I called at 10:50 and was informed there were no drivers for my order. Now it was too late to go to the co-op. Really terrible. most of Tesco is great, but Whoosh is rubbish. They should not offer this service if they cannot deliver.

Things constantly out of stock, sending multiple out of date stock, & missing items with every order!

I’ve used whoosh for 4 years without any issue. They were handy, helpful and always spot on.

In the last 6 weeks, I’ve had missing items, wrong orders, received other peoples orders and waiting over 2 and a half hours on one occasion.

Account deleted. Utterly shocking service.

Ordered a Tesco whoosh was given the wrong order and was told by delivery driver to return to store! I have no transport and have grandchildren at home how am I supposed to return? What's the point of a whoosh?

Amazing! Tesco and their Delivery Service. Ordered first Whoosh delivery 23/12/25 at 19:31hrs. Immediately received return text, ‘order would be with you within 10 mins’. I commented, “Yeh, right. They won’t even have time to get the order together, let alone deliver it!” 5 mins later, a text informing me ‘‘Isobel’ would be with me in 3 mins’. I opened the door and was greeted by a very cheerful lady, who carried my shopping into the kitchen. Time from order to delivery 10 minutes! Incredible. Brilliant service. Many thanks.

Normally get good service, 1st time app say delivered, to who, cause I didn't receive my order. Then I have to wait days for my money back.
So I stopped using them for a while. Order today, the service is called whoosh...where is my order its been over an hour.... was on night shift, I just want to go to bed. Everything is over priced because of the whoosh delivery experience...I want a discount.

Ordered my whoosh delivery ,delivered within 45 mins ,everything in stock .But 4 pint milk had 3 days left ,2 packs of ham with 1 day date ,salad pack 1 day date ,gluten free £2.45 packs of biscuits x 2 smashed to bits .Great £19 spend !! Won’t be doing a whoosh order anytime soon .

I have used Whoosh before for the very items I ordered today. When my order arrived, it was missing items. I phoned their help centre and was told the missing items were out of stock, and another receipt had been emailed to me minus the missing items, which I hadn't seen. If I knew these items were unavailable, I wouldn't have bothered with a Whoosh delivery. As far as I'm concerned, I wasted money, as every item on Whoosh is more expensive. The missing items were what I needed, as friends were coming round unexpectedly. The other items I ordered were to make up the basket's minimum cost. I will have to go out and see if another shop has the missing items, which defeats the whole point of booking a whoosh delivery

Order got cancelled but they charged the card for payment and said oh sorry will be refunded in 3/4 days will not use again . Should have used snapper spar delivery they have never let me down

Awful service - no updates on the order and food never arrived. Never again!
