Highly recommend

Bemate was the seller and agent for a deal I just closed with him. He was quick and effective at getting me all the info we needed for a smooth transaction. Him and his assistant Alissa were fantastic to work alongside and I’d highly recommend his skill to anyone looking for a great deal!

Ben was not your average investor

Ben was not your average investor, he is a family oriented, God fearing person that believes in treating people with fairness and terms that the average investor wouldn't do. It's not a lifestyle for him, it's for his family and he treated me like family and I have more respect for that then just being a number.

Choose Ben and his team!!!

Ben and his team made the selling process super easy and extremely simple! He was very flexible with things if anything came up, and is more than fair when working with you! I could not recommend him enough! I never would have guessed the process of selling a house could be as easy as he and his team made it!
