We take every review seriously, however, after a thorough search of our records, we have no client, lead, contact, or outreach record associated with your name or this account.

RealtorRelay is a licensed real estate referral network operating across the United States. We do not engage in spam, and all our outreach is conducted through fully compliant, opt-in channels under applicable U.S. marketing laws.

This review appears to be false, fabricated, and deliberately misleading, posted with no transactional or factual basis whatsoever. Submitting a fraudulent review with the intent to damage a business's reputation is not protected speech, it is actionable defamation.

We have documented this review and are escalating it to our legal team. We will also be filing a formal dispute with Trustpilot to have this removed as a violation of their review integrity policy.

We dispute the characterization in this review.

Your account was closed, and we issued written acknowledgment of your billing dispute on June 12th, this matter is actively being handled through our standard resolution process, the same one every member's dispute goes through. Calling this a "scam" while that process is underway is not an accurate reflection of what's happening on our end.

Leads are sourced and delivered based on the criteria set at signup. A buyer's budget not matching a specific market's pricing, or a lead not answering on the first attempt, does not make that lead invalid that's the nature of real estate prospecting, not evidence of "bogus leads."

We take refund requests seriously and evaluate every account against the terms outlined in our membership agreement, consistently and in good faith.

We dispute the claims made in this review.

Your refund request is actively in process and being handled according to our membership agreement, the same process every member goes through. Posting a public review while that process is still underway, rather than allowing it to be resolved through the proper channel, is not a fair or professional way to handle an open dispute.

We have sent leads to your account as agreed, and any concerns about lead quality are part of what's currently under review. Jumping to a public review instead of waiting for that process to conclude does not reflect well on either party.

We dispute the claims made in this review, and we will not let them stand unchallenged.

Calling our company "liars" is a serious accusation, and one our documented records directly contradict. Our CRM logs confirm that 3 leads were delivered to this account during the membership term, each with a full timestamp on file, this is documented fact, not a matter of opinion or recollection.

The claim of having "proof" that conveniently cannot be shown is a familiar pattern, and we would welcome it being submitted through any formal, verifiable channel, because our own records are open to that same scrutiny.

With 22 years in this industry, this reviewer is well aware that lead generation services deliver leads, not guaranteed sales, a distinction that does not change based on a single client's dissatisfaction with outcomes.

RealtorRelay stands fully behind the accuracy of our records and the integrity of our service. We take misrepresentation seriously, and we encourage anyone reading this to evaluate our service on documented facts rather than a single unverified account.

We take feedback seriously, but we strongly dispute the claims made in this review as they do not accurately reflect the facts of your engagement with our company.

For transparency, you enrolled in our Discovery Plan on February 25, which is explicitly defined as a non-refundable, one-month validation plan. This was clearly outlined in the agreement you reviewed and signed prior to onboarding.

As per our commitment, we began service delivery and provided you with a lead on March 2. The remaining deliverables were in progress; however, before completion, you chose to dispute the service and issue warnings.

Despite the fact that the plan is non-refundable and all terms were agreed upon in advance, we still proceeded with issuing a refund as a gesture of goodwill and professionalism, even though we were under no contractual obligation to do so.

We maintain full documentation of the agreement, communication records, and service activity to support our position. Our company operates with transparency and integrity, and we are committed to delivering value to our clients through clearly defined terms and mutual cooperation.

We respectfully ask readers to consider that successful outcomes in any service-based business require collaboration and engagement from both parties.

We have seen your profile, and it appears that you post reviews randomly. Simply receiving a text from any company and immediately posting a public review is not responsible and can unfairly damage a company’s reputation and affect its business.

After reviewing the text you received, we found that it was mistakenly sent by one of our sales executives acting on his own. We have taken strict action against him to ensure such incidents do not happen again. While we take full responsibility for this isolated mistake, posting this review has a very negative impact on our business and reputation.

RealtorRelay strictly follows all federal regulations, including the Federal Do Not Call and Do Not Contact lists. We do not send unsolicited messages to anyone who has opted out, and we take complaints regarding communications very seriously.

Regarding the Katy, TX address mentioned: our office is registered at a coworking business location, which may be shared with other businesses for mail handling purposes. This is a legitimate business address. In fact, anyone is welcome to visit us there.
