This company sells fakes that are wrongly sized and take no responsibility when you complain because you obviously dont fit in the shoes! Ordered sneakers size 38 that will not fit a size 36. They have automated replies and suggest sending from Netherlands to Canada at own cost. The phone number on the website of the Netherlands is not available. Basically you pay, they send you fake items in wrong sizes and then you need to pay to send back and who knows if you will anyway be reimbursed. Huge Scam.

I placed my order Oct. 11th. I only ordered “in stock” items to avoid delays. It’s Oct. 27th and nothing has even shipped. When I inquired about the order status I was informed that they were “sorry for the delay” but they had received am “Overwhelming amount of orders” and would check to see when they would be able to get my order out. Haven’t heard back after two days so I canceled my order. Still waiting for conformation of that. I may just have to cancel it through my CC company if I don’t hear back today.
Save your money and time, don’t shop here.

We ordered here (westonamsterdam.com) but decided within two hours to cancel it because it appears to sell fake products. We did get a reply: they were willing to cancel the order and refund MINUS 10 percent admin fee. This violates EU consumer protection laws...reviews on products listed on their site appear all the same and fake too...users beware!

I would have put zero. Postage delayed. Wrong size . Trying to get me to pay for another pair to be sent/returned. Appalling customer service. DO NOT BOTHER.

Very frustrating return experience. I requested a return within Oak & Weston’s stated return period and provided all of the information they requested.

Instead of providing the return label for a full refund, they first offered me a 10% refund to keep the shirts. I declined and again requested the return. They then offered 20%. I declined again and clearly requested the return label and full refund under their return policy.

Since then, they have stopped responding.

I have repeatedly made it clear that I am ready and willing to return the merchandise. I simply want Oak & Weston to honor the return policy they advertised when I made my purchase.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again

Weston Blake is not a company you want to order from. I purchased a pair of Asics Superblast 3 running shoes which I received after three weeks (following up with customer service various times on why my order was not arriving). The shoes that they sent me are fake and of very poor quality. There is visible glue on the seams, the stitching is poor and obviously the foam isn't what Asics uses. So do not go for cheap advertisements because you do not get legitimate products. Go to an Asics store or purchase only through the official store, otherwise risk a bad purchase. I filed complaints through my credit card to try to get my money back and through the Federal agencies for fraud.

The shirts are thin and look cheap. The shirts they sent did not fit so I asked for an exchange or refund. They proceeded to ask me to try on the shirts and take photos to show them what the issue was before moving forward. I obviously did not do that and told them I wouldn’t and I have not heard anything back from them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

They have no return service .. offered me first 10% to keep clothes then 20% and then 30% or have to ship ti China. No US location total scam

Awful, do not order from this scam of a company. WHEN, you hate the product. They will offer you 15% refund and no way to get a full refund. Don’t order from this company. Trust me!! The polos feel like the cheapest material ever made. And the muscle shirts fit more like a baggy dress shirt. Just don’t order from Oak and Weston

I ordered shoes before reading the reviews. After ordering i’ve sent an email that I want a guarantee the Asics I ordered are ORIGINAL, or would like my money back. Without response that confirmed or denied my request, the order was canceled minus 15%!!! Seems they dont order true original products will not ever buy again here

Shirt purchased was nothing like the picture and had an enlarged collar ….also made very small, when I contacted customer service within the 30 days all they were concerned about with the verification of the shipping fee which I said I would pay and never heard back from them . Erica in particular. Worst customer service - they should be put out of business and am contacting the BBB. A total scam of crap merchandise .

The shoes are fake; they arrived in a crumpled box, have already been worn, and one is dirty.

Just dont buy it. It is not worth your time and money

This website is a SCAM!!! Do not order here! All negative reviews are absolutely true. Unusually long delivery time, wrong sizes, defected poor quality products that they want you to send back to Canada at your own account.

Watch out, Weston Amsterdam sells counterfeit goods.

I ordered size 43, but eventually received size 43.5. Because of my insoles, this shoe doesn't fit....

Weston indicated that I would get a 30% discount if I kept the shoes. But what good is a pair of shoes that don't fit you? If I were to return the package, I would have to pay the shipping costs myself (even though they sent me the wrong size).

Eventually, I decided to sell the shoes via Vinted. Within 2.5 hours, my ad and account were removed due to: 'selling counterfeit and/or fake items'. When I reported this to Weston, she came up with the 'great' proposal to give me a 50% discount on my shoes.

Ik bestelde maat 43, uiteindelijke ontving ik maat 43.5. Vanwege mijn inlegzooltjes past deze schoen dus niet....

Weston gaf aan dat ik 30% korting zou krijgen als ik de schoenen zou houden. Maar wat heb je aan een paar schoenen die je niet past. Wanneer ik het pakket terug zou sturen moest ik zelf de verzendkosten betalen (Ondanks dat zij mij de verkeerde maat hebben toegestuurd).

Uiteindelijk besloot ik de schoenen te verkopen via Vinted. Binnen 2.5 uur was mijn advertentie en account verwijderd vanwege: 'verkoop van namaak- en/of nepartikelen'. Toen ik dit terugkoppelde naar Weston kwam zij met het 'geweldige' voorstel om mij 50% korting te geven op mijn schoenen.

I wish I had checked the reviews sooner... that’s something I usually always do. It’s a shame I didn’t do it this time.
The shoes I ordered at WESTON AMSTERDAM turned out to be FAKE. I actually already own the exact same pair, so I can clearly see the difference. I wanted to return them, but that turned out to be incredibly difficult. After Weston made several offers to dissuade me from returning the shoes, I agreed to a 50% refund. That amount is roughly equivalent to what it would have cost me to ship them back to Canada. Since agreeing to that, I haven't heard a thing; I’m still waiting for a response and for my money. DO NOT BUY HERE! the products are fake and the customer service is terrible—or rather, non-existent.

I ordered a dress in XL and was shipped a S. The fabric, a blend of linen and bamboo, did not meet my expectations. Hoping to get a refund and will keep you posted how that goes.

They are a Chinese firm that have no desire to provide a decent product. I would put a years wages that the 5 star reviews on here are fake.

I purchased trainers on 21st Feb, on 14th March was told they are still in transit so the order could not be cancelled and today (22nd March), I got an email to say they’ve been dispatched today.

Based on other reviews I have no confidence that when they eventually arrive, they will bear any resemblance to the advertised product.

Don’t go near this company with a barge pole.
