Expensive for what it is.
Ordering was simple and delivery very prompt. The bookcase was, however a bit disappointing. It was stained a much darker colour than it appeared appeared in the website photos and was made of very lightweight softwood. At €225, it is expensive for what you get.

Horrible experience.
The item arrived in a box that had obviously been repacked hastily. No parts list. No instructions. Absolutely no customer service. This was my first and last experience with this sub par company.

Placed my first order on Wayfair.ie for a mini fridge. It arrived in a totally and utterly damaged state. It must have must known to them that the unit was damaged in the supply chain but the delivery to me still proceeded. After a number of days they have finally agreed to provide me with a full refund. However, despite my protestations they have left the burden of disposal of the damaged to me. They said I could ' donate ' it, dispose of it myself, or repackage it and drive some 20kms to a drop off site. This is a total disgrace. I acknowledge response from Wayfair below. Again just shows their ignorance. Directing me to their UK site where it is clear I am in Ireland. There is a similar trend to the responses from Wayfair. Cut & paste replies offering false sympathies for poor service. Yet nothing changes for the next customer. They advocate more for their suppliers/manufacturers at the cost of their customers. Thank you Wayfair for opening my eyes to the quality of customer service offered by your competitors.

Brutal
Brutal, brutal, brutal! It you want to give yourself an aneurysm shop here! This is the closest thing to legal fraud you'll come across. This company definitely sells faulty items at regular prices. I bought a number of furniture items together in the past and each one I received had faults. Replacements also had faults. Stupidly I bought another item recently because I couldn't find the dimensions anywhere else. Big mistake! It arrived once again with faults!!! This company is a nightmare. They wear you down trying to give discounts. Then you've the hassle of returning it. Never again in my life will I ever buy from them for any reason whatsoever. It's simply not worth it.

Deliveries not turning up
I ordered a console table and 2 rugs on 31st May the rugs turned up on 4th june and console table was delayed 2 weeks later I ordered a replacement and that was for 1st of July thst got delayed again and the customer service couldn't find the order even though I had a confirmation email its now 5th of July I just a canceled my order
So disappointing what a poor service will never use wayfair again
