Overall, the experience is good except for the meeting room that we have booked. It has somehow misled us to think that there will be a TV screen provided as per the booking reference. However, to our... See more

The best way to please a client is to care about the after sales customer care and Aya and Eman are the best in this. Recently in HQ, Aya helped me a lot to get me settled and enjoy my work in the co working space. I would like to thank both of them for their patience and understanding .
The amenities and customer service are amazing! In Louisville, Megan and Cassey are incredible hosts.
Weston is the most amazing front desk person! He responds to every issue we have, which is not many. The key fob didn't work and Weston solved that in minutes with a smile on his face! The ladies restroom had some minor issues and Weston solved them immediately!! He is one of the best workers ever at that location! Thank you, Weston, for making me look forward to coming there!
Have had my office in Las Vegas for about 15 years and it was great experience and service until Regus took over this year! You can never get in touch with the reception at the front desk, the mail service is horrible now and all communication and services are the worst!
One star because of Regus’s lack of transparency around pricing and fees.
I rented a small private office at Regus for about a year. After the first year, Regus tried to increase my monthly rate by approximately 43%. They also automatically renew you for another full term unless you opt out within their required notice period, so pay very close attention to your renewal deadline.
Then there’s the move-out fee. My signed agreement listed the primary fees but referenced separate House Rules that were not provided to me when I signed. Buried in those House Rules is a significant mandatory “Office Restoration” fee.
When I challenged the fee and asked Regus to provide the House Rules that were actually in effect when I signed, they told me they don’t maintain the old versions. Instead, they provided documents dated after my agreement and maintained that the current fee applies.
They also confirmed the restoration fee is a standardized charge based on square footage, not the actual cost of cleaning or repairing my office. I made no alterations to the space and offered to pay a reasonable amount for any actual cleaning or restoration needed.
I escalated the issue and simply asked Regus to show me the documents establishing the fee I agreed to when I signed. They couldn’t provide them and eventually told me their position was final.
Between a 43% rate increase after the first year, automatic renewal for another full term unless you opt out, and a mandatory move-out fee contained in House Rules I wasn’t provided when I signed, I would not do business with Regus again.
Very disappointing experience with Regus. I was given clear information before signing the contract, but after signing, I was told that the consent letter could not be provided under the agreed arrangement.
I tried to find a solution and provided several options, but the matter was unnecessarily delayed and was not resolved in a reasonable timeframe. This caused me significant inconvenience and delayed my plans.
I expected better communication and customer service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Regus.
The convenience and easy process to reserve a room along with the World Class Professional of the staff on site makes this a must to for any business or personal needs. Location is superior and exceeded my needs and expectations!! PHENOMENAL!!!!
Easy to book on the website. Location is convenient. Team is very accommodating.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience at Regus Manor Royal, Crawley
I would strongly advise anyone considering renting an office at Regus Manor Royal to read the contract carefully and ask for a full breakdown of all additional charges before signing.
I recently moved into an office here and have been extremely disappointed with both the pricing structure and the level of customer service.
The office rent is already expensive, but there are numerous additional charges on top of the advertised office rent, including:
• Activation fees charged per person
• Around £100 for a single car parking pass, on top of the rent
• Approximately £40 per person for kitchen/amenity use
• A minimum two months’ notice is required if you want to leave
In my opinion, these additional costs make the overall price significantly higher than you might initially expect.
Unfortunately, the customer service has been even more frustrating. I have personally found Lewis White to be extremely rude and unprofessional. On several occasions, I have raised issues and asked for help, but instead of receiving proper assistance, I felt that my concerns were simply ignored.
For a professional business centre, I expected a much higher standard of communication, customer service and problem-solving.
I have also spoken with other businesses in the building and have heard similar frustrations regarding the policies, additional charges and customer service. I obviously cannot speak for everyone, but this has certainly added to my overall disappointment.
My advice: think very carefully before signing up. Make sure you ask about every additional fee, parking, amenities, notice periods and any other charges before committing.
Based on my personal experience so far, I would not recommend Regus Manor Royal to other businesses looking for a professional office environment.
I recently purchased a cowork membership in Wimbledon. I registered and completed the documentation in person.
I was not happy with pricing and negotiated hard and was offered a price of £260. Sales rep sent me a link on the spot, filled in my card details and paid immediately.
Moments later after paying I found out the pricing excludes VAT. I asked the sales rep for a refund as this was not my budget. She acknowledged the confusion, apologised and sent me a screenshot of the web link. I signed up in person solely based on her representation. Really aggressive sales and not much care about anything else.
And oh they dont tell you the coffee in building is not free during the tour.
Excellent service and very professional staff
We've had a great experience with Regus Eindhoven, Flight Forum. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive with everything we needed, and the manager in particular went above and beyond to assist us. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly. We're really grateful for their support and would like to thank the whole team. Highly recommend this location.

Extremely disappointing experience – serious billing and administrative issues from day one
I am extremely disappointed with my experience so far. I entered into a two-year agreement with Regus expecting a professional and straightforward office service, but unfortunately the experience has been anything but straightforward.
From the beginning, I have experienced repeated errors with my start date, invoices and payments.
I clearly communicated that I intended to start on 1 September 2026. During the sales process I was also told that, if I wanted to bring some furniture into the office during the final week of August, I could have access from 26 August at no additional cost.
I am now being charged for that period, despite disputing that I ever agreed to an additional week’s rental.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that the paperwork itself contains conflicting dates. One piece of onboarding documentation states my start date as 1 August 2026, while my signed agreement states 26 August 2026, while my contemporaneous correspondence clearly records my understanding that I was starting on 1 September.
I also experienced problems with invoices being issued with incorrect payment dates, which resulted in me being contacted about supposedly late payments when the payment date had already been agreed. I have had to spend an unreasonable amount of time correcting errors that should have been dealt with internally.
There is also a £1,918.50 payment that I understand to be my two-month security deposit, yet documentation refers to the exact same amount as an “Office Restoration Fee.” I am still waiting for a clear explanation of exactly what this payment represents and whether it is refundable.
To make matters worse, when I tried to correspond with the salesperson about the dispute, I discovered that emails to his address were being blocked by the company’s own mail system. I have retained screenshots and correspondence documenting this.
I want to stress that Hannah and Beth at the centre have been lovely and professional, and my criticism is not directed at them personally. My concern is with the handling of the sales process, documentation, billing and the lack of consistency between what I was told and what subsequently appeared on my account.
I have now formally escalated the matter and am asking senior customer service to investigate.
I am still at the beginning of a two-year commitment, so it is incredibly disappointing that my first experience has involved this level of confusion and administration.
For a company selling professional office space, I expected a much more professional level of administration and accountability.
I sincerely hope the matter is resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Regus and would strongly advise anyone considering signing a long-term agreement to scrutinise every date, charge and document extremely carefully before committing.

I do not recommend Regus. During the sales process, certain rates and terms were presented to me, but after the first month, additional fees started appearing on my invoices that were not clearly disclosed before I signed the lease.
These charges should have been explained upfront as part of the sales presentation, not discovered after becoming a tenant. My concern is not simply the amount of the fees—it is the lack of transparency between what was promised during the sales process and what was later charged.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering Regus to carefully review every possible fee in writing before signing an agreement.
