The phone is exactly as I ordered, delivered super quiqly. The only problem is that the bill is not sent by email, and I cannot acess my account on the webpage to get it, although I regirsted as was asked. It would be much more convenient to get the bill by email

The website is easy to navigate and offers an easy and transparent way to order a phone without any hidden surprises. Delivery was very fast and secure. Phone quality is so far so good and quality is very acceptable.

One small annoyance was shipping the phone and protective casing + glass in two different shipments.

My phone came in perfect condition with good battery life and storage well priced and will be buying more phones from here when neeeded

I ordered Samsung Tab S9 and it came for around 2-3 days, very fast. It came with simple Pen, not an original magnetic one, I wrote an e-mail right away and I received the original pen right away in 2-3days. Tablet looks like new. Well packed, everything works, but we will use it longer later, because it is for present.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from this company to look elsewhere. They give the impression that they sell laptops themselves, but in reality they act as a middleman for third-party sellers. When something goes wrong, they take no responsibility whatsoever. Instead of helping the customer, they simply pass the blame onto the seller and leave you to deal with the problem yourself.
Trying to get a refund was incredibly frustrating. Customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than resolving the issue. I felt completely let down after spending my money with them.
Another thing customers should be aware of is that they appear to market themselves as an Irish company, but they're actually based in Spain. I only discovered this when trying to sort out my issue, which made the whole process even more complicated.
Overall, I found the experience stressful, disappointing, and a complete waste of time. If you value good customer service, transparency, and a straightforward returns process, I recommend buying from a retailer that actually sells and stands behind its own products instead of acting as a middleman. I certainly won't be using this company again.

Item as advertised on the website, quick delivery and very good value for money. I was very happy with the quality of the actual product when I recieved it.

Item delivered in timely manner as in the condition as advertised.
However, the phone continues to advise “unable to determine if battery is genuine Apple part”.
Seems to be working fine but the continued alert from the phone is annoying.

I ordered an iPhone 15 pro and chose the option for a new battery. I paid €80 extra for this so was expecting it to be 'new'. However, that was not the case. iPhone models 15 and above show a battery cycle count (how many times it has been charged to 100%) in the battery area in settings. It showed a cycle count of 200+, clearly not a new battery! So I got in touch with the seller and all they said was that I had to send it back. I contacted refurbed themselves (they were friendly) and they said the same thing. So I sent it back and thankfully got a refund.

I have used them in the past but refurbed need to ensure sellers are being honest with their customers as I know I'm not the only one who was misled into buying a phone with a new battery when it wasn't even new and still having to pay for it! I won't be using them again!

Very good value, fast shipping and even though by mistake I ordered wrong phone first time - I was able to get refunded and buy the one I wanted. Phone arrived in a pristine condition, new battery and all is perfect! Absolutely recommend it!
