Support is pretty much non-existent and the one time they did answer, they claimed that refunds or replacements wouldn't be an option, despite eu-law and even uk-law clearly stating the opposite. Never got a response from them since. This process seems pretty much like scam and given their pricey items, I'd recommend to avoid them

I bought my son a hoodie not exactly cheap for what it was, but it’s too small I just want to return and get a bigger size but how on earth am I supposed to do this? Several emails have gone ignored I’ve tried phoning them, how hard is it to just get a replacement?

just received my 2 pieces and the quality of the clothes are really good, took about 10 days to arrive which is normal.

Bought an edge runner hoodie for my son, when it came the sizing was very off. The arms are very long and the torso is very short, it’s unwearable. I contacted via email and was asked to send pictures which I done months ago and ever since I have been ignored.
These items are not cheap and I now have something that cannot be worn and money completely wasted!

Not only is the quality and material great, the delivery is also very fast. Great people run it and the community is awesome.

I bought the Black Blade Maliketh hoodie in white and it took around a week or so to be sent to the UK, it has high quality and the design is absolutely fantastic, will buy more from Realm,
Recommended and Trust worthy.
They also have a discord server and they are very kind and will help you at any times.

Brilliant hoodie, I have no complaints and fits like a glove. It’s breathable but also light to wear. Will definitely be purchasing more from realm.

Good quality on the clothes, design is amazing. Been using realms clothes for a while, the feel perfectly blend in with no itchiness even though the hoodies are warm
Pants are quite thin layered while having good space around your ankles, can't wait to use them for the summer. The hood size on the zipper and hoodie is Perfect

Till now the best clothes i have worn snd for the prise to quality you cant complain the slightest.
To support i have just one thing to say … steam would be proud, theyre fast great and find the best solutions.
They even have a really active Community on discord and tiktok with many nice events and rewards.
They are generaly really nice and supportive person who really put allot of afford in the clothes wich you can see and feel.
All in all 10/10
