Ordered beautiful chairs in October…
Ordered beautiful chairs in October 2024. They promised delivery before Christmas. Took delivery in February 2025. Room 108 paid for delivery, but I had to buy other chairs in the meantime.

We've brought a sofa from room108 and…
We've brought a sofa from room108 and our sofa is about 1 month old and the sofa has lost in shape it really poor. When you pay 2900 euro for a sofa and it's go out of shape and you contract the company and they give me a rubbish excuse for this happening. Really not happy with this situation I've got pictures of the sofa

Large selection and knowledgeable salespeople
Really a nice showroom. Answered all our questions. When we had an issue with a pillow they replaced it no problem. We are very happy buying from them!

The customer support throughout these last few weeks has been exceptional. I received constant updates directly from their customer support team, not a bot—big shoutout to Ashley, THANK YOU! On delivery day, the team was punctual and went above and beyond to maneuver my sofa through a challenging staircase.
