Road trip was tremendous the people onsite were very responsive the tours were great.
When we thought we might have to spend an extra night in Mexico City due to weather affecting our flight roadtrip was able to get us another night in the same hotel room

The clients had a bit of a hard time…
The clients had a bit of a hard time finding their representative at the masters. Also, the hotel was not very good. They stayed at the Sheraton and felt they were better hotel offerings so just wanna give you the feedback.

The Masters is somewhat unique in that one of the world's most sought-after sporting events takes place in a relatively small city. As a result, accommodations in Augusta differ considerably from what guests may experience at other major global sporting events.
We have worked with the Sheraton Augusta for many years and, while it is not positioned as a luxury property, it has consistently been one of the most highly regarded and requested hotels for Masters guests. Following its recent renovation and given its excellent location—just 1.5 miles from the North Entrance of Augusta National—it was by far our most requested hotel for last year's tournament.
That said, we are sorry to hear that the property did not meet your expectations. We value your feedback and will certainly share your comments with the Sheraton team.
