Ani M was absolutely amazing to work with! I actually chose Goway for our group trip because of her recommendations. She was the only agent who took the time to explain that we really needed to split our travels into two separate trips if we wanted to experience everything on our wish list, and I really appreciated her honesty and guidance.

Throughout the planning process, Ani was incredibly helpful and answered ALL of my questions, even when I asked the same ones more than once! She was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I enjoyed working with her and her team so much that I already have another group trip planned with her, and I expect we'll be planning another one soon!

The guides during our Scotland trip were wonderful as well. Ian Short was the BEST! He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could simply enjoy the experience. He even worked in sightseeing stops we didn't know we needed to see, and those little extras made the trip even better.

The entire experience was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I'm already looking forward to our next adventure to Ireland with Goway and working with Ani and their team again!

What made this experience great was Cedric Wai. Had a client going to Asia and this is Cedric's wheelhouse since he is from there.
Everything was wonderful. Everything went smoothly. The individual tours were wonderful and all the guides were exceptional. A lot of traveling-the flight was very good on Cathay Pacific would highly recommend their airline seats were comfortable and spaced well. Being on an airplane for 16 hours sucks in general, but other than being a little sore from being stuck in one place all was good.
Thank you so much for all your help and the trip was wonderful and everything that it should be! Next trip will be much more relaxing, sitting still for a while on a beach somewhere ha ha!

Andrea Paredes helped me plan a last minute Colombia trip for my clients who had never been! They loved every minute of it. The hotels, history, excursions, and flights went very smooth. They were so happy with all their tour guides.

Our trip was to Fiji, New Zealand and Australia, from Aug 4-22, 2026. The way she planned and booked the trip makes the experience convenient and enjoyable. The flexibility of payment makes the decision faster and attractive. Everything we need to know including contacts were readily available within our travel documents itinerary.

I'm a new travel agent and used Goway to help plan a group trip to the UK. Ani, from Goway was so great! She was very detailed oriented, she had great communication and was very thorough in the planning. I felt confident that my clients would be taken care of. My clients had an amazing trip and loved all of it!

Isabella Luu made the arrangements for our trip to Scotland and all aspects of the trip and stay were excellent. Our assistance at the airports were very good as all were alerted to our needs. Our ride services were excellent. Isabella was always available to answer any questions that we had in a knowledgable and prompt manner, which is always very important to me.

Had an excellent tour of Australia, thanks to our travel specialist Katie Stephenson. She was patient as we kept modifying our plans. Got support from Goway and Katie when there was a need to rebook a tour midway through, all handled easily by Goway.

We went on a highly customized comprehensive (though quick tour) of England and a bit of Scotland through Goway. Ingrid Aird did an amazing job of planning and arranging every detail with her deep experience, insight, thoughtfulness and creativity, tuning into the needs of each traveler; and she did so even though our decision to travel was rather spontaneous and last minute! Our family had the best time! We look forward to working with Ingrid and Goway again!

I traveled to Thailand on July 4th. I was a wonderful experience. The tour guide Pippon in Bangkok and Eve in Phuket were both very polite and helpful. The layover in Abu Dhabi was long almost seven hours. I did pay $200 extra to use The Pearl Lounge. This was a good experience however, I was only allowed to stay for 4 hours which meant I had a very long wait at the gate. This is why I did not check 5 stars. All in all the trip and service was very enjoyable. Goway Travel has a wonderful service and I will certainly use Goway again

We used Goway to put together an itinerary for East Africa , and Zanzibar . Everything was great and went smoothly

I can't tell you enough how much I love to work with Callie. She is a life saver and I love how attentive she is. Every time I give her an itinerary for a client- she really knocks it out of the park with the proposal. If there are any issues- she is on it right away. Her work ethic is outstanding.

I had the pleasure of working with Amelia on a booking for a family of 4 to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. She executed everything perfectly, was attentive to needs and the family was over the top happy with their vacation. She was quick to answer questions and provide helpful feedback. Highly recommended!

We were trying to navigate Swiss Travel Center to book a 10 day train trip through Switzerland. It was exactly what we wanted but navigating their site was extremely difficult for us. Goway Travel picked up on our plight and put us in contact with Jacqueline Fagooli, one of their agents. From there on everything was so smooth. Their efficiency, communication, and thoroughness were beyond our expectations. The trip was fabulous and kudos to Jacqueline and Goway for their help in making it so.

Overall, our Australia trip went smoothly, and Goway handled several parts very well. The booking process was easy, all of our airport transfers went as planned, the hotels were comfortable and well selected, and several of the excursions were very enjoyable. The Great Ocean Road tour was especially good, and our guide went out of her way to show us several memorable places.
Our biggest disappointment was the pacing of the itinerary. Before we even left for Australia, we asked for two proposed activities to be removed because the schedule already appeared too full. Even after those activities were removed, the final itinerary still contained numerous consecutive early mornings, long excursions, travel days, and evening activities, with very little time to rest or explore independently.
The arrival-day planning was particularly frustrating. We flew nonstop overnight from Dallas to Melbourne, a flight lasting nearly 18 hours, and arrived at approximately 5:00 a.m. Goway arranged our transfer to the hotel immediately after arrival, but no early check-in or guaranteed room access had been arranged. We also had a walking tour scheduled from 2:00 to 5:00 that same afternoon.
The hotel initially told us that immediate access to an upgraded room would cost $180 per night for our three-night stay, which would have added nearly $600. A room eventually became available without requiring the three-night upgrade, but we still had to pay an additional $180 to check in early. When using an experienced travel agency for a long-haul international trip, we expected this type of issue to be anticipated and discussed before departure.
The rest of the trip confirmed that the itinerary was too aggressive. In Uluru, we had an evening activity ending around 9:35 p.m., followed by a 6:15 a.m. sunrise tour the next morning and another scheduled dinner that evening. In Cairns, an 8½-hour Great Barrier Reef excursion was followed the next day by a Daintree and Cape Tribulation tour lasting nearly 11 hours. In Sydney, the Blue Mountains excursion was scheduled from approximately 7:15 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on our final full day.
Once we were on the trip, we ultimately canceled two additional prepaid excursions, including the Blue Mountains tour and one in Uluru, because we were exhausted and did not want to wear ourselves out for the remainder of the vacation. We canceled both approximately 48 hours in advance, but they were nonrefundable, so we absorbed a significant financial loss. In total, two activities were removed before departure and two more were canceled during the trip because the schedule was simply too demanding.
One of the Cairns excursions, particularly the wildlife-park portion, also felt less suited to our interests, and the general age group on that tour was considerably older than we expected. However, most of the tours were good, and we enjoyed every hotel and destination.
There was a great deal that Goway handled well, but the itinerary needed substantially more breathing room, better planning around our early-morning arrival, and a more realistic discussion about the pace we wanted. Travelers should be asked specifically how much downtime and independent exploration they want before such an activity-heavy itinerary is finalized.

The destination specialist I've worked with (Kim Rawlings) has provided exceptional service. She is very knowledgeable of her region and everything they have to offer. She is very prompt in her communication and follow-up. She listens and is very attentive to my client's needs and wants. Kim's personality makes one feel like they've known each other for years.

If GoWay had a customer service model, Kim is it.
