Reasonable delivery after being ordered, easy to fit into water jug and water tastes great

Great product, easy to use website, speedy delivery.

Would’ve been 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the fact that each filter was wrapped in its own plastic bag which seems to negate the whole point of buying recyclable or replaceable biodegradable filters. Just a little disappointed in the use of additional plastic when sending these items out.

Really disappointed, ordered a 6 refill pack online and after querying a "delivery" text which turned out to be spam I was Informed they had no stock and wouldn't be able to dispatch for another week. Whilst there was no indication the order would be completed quickly there also wasn't anything to indicate it would take so long. Now I have asked to cancel & have a refund I've had no response.
In reply to their reply - you didn't even acknowledge my refund request so how would I know?

I received this product in good condition. I haven't used it yet as the filter I'm using is still in operation.

Fast delivery and work as well as the plastic cartridges. Staff were helpful n informative.

great product, quick delivery, great price

Good price, good product. Been using PurePods for several years now and they've always been reliable, quick to deliver and never had any product issues.

Product simply does not work. Company removing my comments under Facebook posts. Not responding to emails sent to customer support. Oh, and the product is available half the price without branding on Chinese shopping platforms like Aliexpress. I would be fine with this if it actually worked. Will remove review if i get a refund.

Easy to order

When I got a new water filter it needed adapting so that it would fit my PurePods. I ordered the simple (and cheap) little gadget direct, and they arrived in a couple of days. I must admit at a fiver for two I was sceptical but it worked like a dream. I love PurePods. No plastic apart from the initial pod holder. And when they're finished, the beads are great for deterring snails and slugs from potted plants. Winner!

My brita-compatible pack arrived in good time, and fit and worked really well. I have tried other brands, which I was not happy with. 100% happy with PurePods. The only downside is that although the pod is marked as biodegradable, it is still recommended to be disposed of in household waste. It would be great if it could come with a recommendation to be compostable in food waste bin

I emailed for advise and purchased the adapter that evening, it came really quickly and now my BRITA jug and pure pods filter are working.

The little plastic bit breaks off as you push it in.

got caught out with the change to the Britta jugs ,order these , Excellent customer service.
Work well very pleased with them

Great product, cartridges fit easily into my Brita Maxtra filter. Much less plastic waste which is great and water tastes so much better!
