Stop what is fake, do not buy do not use it's nothing but a rip-off. And on the website video where they claim to play Kevin O'Leary's voice from Shark Tank.? I could tell instantly that was not even close to Kevin O'Leary's voice. Totally fake, it's not even AI, cuz AI can sound similar. This was just some other dude I assume. This is not anywhere close to Kevin O'Leary's voice that the guy said he wanted 50,000 units sold for proof that it works. Kevin O'Leary did not endorse this product whatsoever it was never on Shark Tank everything is a complete scam do not buy do not waste your time even check them out on the BBB.

I do not know whether StopWatt is capable of lowering your monthly electric bill. The possibility exists that their company claim that StopWatt can lower your electric bill may be false. What I do know from personal experience is that when I plug my cell phone into an outlet receptacle where a StopWatt unit is plugged in, my charging cell phone does NOT become hot to the touch, as it used to do. While charging at the normal rate of speed for my charger, my cell phone remains cool to the touch.
Update: As of 7/15/2026, the cooling fan in my computer is no longer coming on and running for extended periods of time and the cord to my portable air conditioner is remaining cool to the touch. Before I installed StopWatt, both were running warm to hot. Also, my StopWatt products were ordered through an infomercial, and I was not forced to purchase any unwanted products. In case you are wondering, the StopWatts installed in my home are installed on different receptacle outlet chains.

So I haven’t tried the product yet as I just got through ordering it. The website forces you to purchase extra items that you may not want. Buyer be ware!!

Almost got me! Total scam. While reviewing their website for information I was suddenly advised my order had processed and a charge of over $200 hit my credit card. I was shocked! Immediately emailed them to cancel, notified my credit card company, and started building a file on Stop Watt. This all happened on the weekend. Lucky for me I was able to reach them by phone Monday morning and was told the charges would be reversed. Will certainly keep an eye on my credit card account. I fell for the reviews on Stop Watts website and should have known better. Lesson learned!

I was about to buy one but then I backed out and googled reviews I’m glad I did. Can’t trust anyone these days our world is so sad and everyone is a predator right down to companies. The thing that stood out the most for me in the video was he kept saying plug up next to your main power breaker in home which for most homes is in the garage but everyone in the videos had them plugged up in kitchens and living rooms so that was my red flag! Thank you Holy Spirit for the decernment!

Total scam, if you watch the entire video, it shows Stopwatt on Shark Tank this is totally false, DO NOT BUY THIS IS A SCAM!!

Ordered 3 got 4th free 2 of the 4 work have tried repeatedly to contact company and of course no luck,after reading reviews I should have not ordered but needing to lower utility bill so desperately I leaped before looking deeper
! Scammers are ridiculous and always figure a way to take advantage of people,so disgusting!!!

Tried 3-each units through-out my home...tried, checked on electric bill, sorry to say my bill rose$20.00 more...

Junk doesn't work won't respond scamm probably stole my money!

I was going to order 3 stopwatt units for 115.80 and changed my mind. I backed out of the process but the charges went through anyway. I immediately emailed the company that came across my debit card to cancel that order and receive a refund for all charges. It's been two days with absolutely no response from the email provided for support. This ad and company is a complete scam and should be required to take down the advertising and marketing tactics

It's a scam. Their ordering system is confusing and leads the customer into ordering additional items, without knowing.

TOTAL SCAM: We ordered and then went online to read the reviews. We immediately tried to contact through customer support and it bounced back as undeliverable. We then tried to go through 2nd way to contact them and was met with no info available. Immediately contacted our C/C company and they can not do anything until such time as the amt goes from pending to approved, but they were able to give us a Langley contact #. 1-833-303-3509, once the CSR heard it was the C/C company that gave us the contact # they processed the cancelation for the order and said it should be processed in 7-10 business days.

The guy doing the ad said the thing would not have a delivery charge but they added $9.98.

And slick way to tack on more junk with a 6 font " no thanks".

Pretty sure Kevin OLeary is a MAGA nut which explains a lot about this scam.

Bull shit scam. We saw the ad in Instagram and believed this guy with his scientific facts. So we ordered 3 which was the most common among people. When I hit check out then there was another offer for a 4th one at 24.00. Transaction was pending. Then we got a purchase for 34.00 but not the original 3.
Credit card company contacted us immediately letting us know it’s a scam. Cancelled our credit card.

Absolute fraud. This will make no difference to your bills

The ad I saw had a banner across the top stating 'UPDATE – StopWatt is currently sold out in most retail stores across the country. However, it may still be available on their website HERE.'
What a joke NO retail store would ever stock this cr*p.

I’m a regular guy with a regular job and it does not work . It doesn’t take Aero Engineers , and Certified Electricians etc lol to tell you it’s a scam.
