You had the part I needed however you should probably mention if they are actually in stock for shipment. It took three weeks to ship. Had I known it was a special order and would take as long as it did. I most likely would not have ordered it. The part itself fits great and was exactly what I was looking for.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. My product took over 2 weeks to arrive from Vancouver to Montreal and I had to get another filter. The return policy is such that I have to pay for shipping which means I am paying just as much for the filter to ship back as I bought it.

Shipping estimate in FAQ is misleading
The FAQ says shipping is usually 3 to 5 business days. It took 3 business days just for them to process my order, not including time to ship. It took an additional 7 business days to reach me, for a total of 10 business days (2 weeks total for date of order). They do not use expedited shipping, only general land shipping, even when shipping across country. That’s why it’s so slow. Perhaps they only take into account people in Ontario. I feel misled by the information in the FAQ. They should post realistic shipping times, and have different estimates per province. I would’ve purchased this from another vendor had I known it could take 2 weeks. I will probably not order from them again, as their slow shipping to western canada is too inconvenient.
