Prohibited Reviews 

Unfortunately, this has been an extremely disappointing experience.

The problems already started with the order itself. After waiting around 1.5 weeks without receiving a shipping confirmation or any information about the delivery date, I asked to cancel the order. I was then told that the package had already been packed and would be handed over to DHL shortly. Still, I received neither a shipping confirmation nor a tracking number and only got the tracking details after contacting support again.

The return process was just as chaotic. One of the items did not even appear in the returns portal because of a technical issue, which meant I had to contact support yet again.

The worst part, however, is the handling of my return. The return was confirmed as received 24 days ago, and I am still waiting for my refund or even a proper update.

Mistakes and delays can happen. What I cannot understand is how almost every single step of this order turned into another problem. For a brand that is so visible and active in marketing, I would expect basic processes such as shipping, returns, and refunds to work reliably.

This was definitely my last order.

Poor customer service. Hides extra costs in returns, had to pay 15 euro in addition to what I paid at the post office to send the goods back. Also the quality on the products were poor. Items did not look the same online as in reality and the sizes were off.

I already knew the brand since I had ordered in the past. This time I ordered a shirt and a tank top.

I've got invoiced for all of the order, but a few days after my order, the support contacted me because unfortunately the tank top was Out of Stock. I have asked for an advice regarding the size I should take instead of the one ordered and got no answer.

2 days later I've received the shirt but no answer to my mail. Since the first email on 24/06 I have sent 3 emails asking for a refund to be able to order another model. All left without any answer.

Good quality, good sizing and quick shipping, but very very very poor customer support.

Had to pay 80 Pound for customs, was not listed anywhere that this would be the case.

Had to check I had the right page cause the 1 star reviews are crazy to me!

I only write reviews if the service is 100% amazing and it has been here. I’d been searching for *the* hoodie of my dreams for years and stumbled across Prohibited - ended up getting the grey in zip and full hoodie versions. It’s genuinely my favourite and I wear it constantly.

I wanted to buy another in a different colour, but I’m really specific about texture and feel and I know dye can sometimes change it - I sent an email to Prohibited and got an amazing response from Linda who explained to me the whole process and how the fabric would likely be.

Needless to say I got the hoodie also in Blue (and will likely be getting it in more lol)

So just wanted to come here and say amazing, best hoodie ever and really helpful and quick customer service! :)

Do not shop here and most certainly not online. The sizing chart is wrong and when you return something they are not upfront with the costs.

I purchased a haif-zip sweatshirt from this brand through ASOS, and the quality is absolutely unacceptable. After just one wear, the inner lining started shedding so badly that all my clothes were covered in white fleece pieces. The product is completely unwearable.

When I contacted ASOS, they refused to help because the official return period had expired — even though the problem is clearly a defect and not normal wear and tear.

I truly hope the brand itself will take responsibility and help resolve this issue, as customers should not be left alone with a faulty product.

Update after brand’s reply:
I contacted the brand directly as suggested, but I was refused any help. They did not even ask for details or request photos of the defective sweatshirt. It is truly disappointing that a brand does not take responsibility for the quality of its own products.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one’s deserved. I’ve spent way too long trying to find clothes that fit right and still look good. Prohibited changed that. The pieces not only sit well on me, they actually made me feel hyped about how I dress again.

It’s rare to find a brand that gets the style, fit, and vibe all right.
You guys are fye — keep doing your thing.
