The drill holes are too large and where the parts are marked even left and right was incorrect, the directions could be made alot easier I´m sorry to say

Some problems but resolved. Good quality goods
Ordered 2 chairs, after 2 weeks still no delivery. Contacted both Produceshop and the courier. Both very helpfull at first, still no delivery after a month and now neither the courier or Produceshop answer my emails. After posting the review on trustpilot, Produceshop has contacted me and been most helpful. Yesterday I received the original order (after almost 2 months) and the re-order (after just a week).
They also offered a refund if the re-order did not work.
Now we just need to sort out the problem of the extra order, but I am sure this will work out.
The chairs are of very good quality and I am extremely satisfied with the product!
5 stars if produceshop had resolved the problem immediately.

Normally they would have been delivered last week but I guess you must be very busy as I haven't received them yet. No way to contact them post sale
I bought an expensive hot tub from ProduceShop which they delivered on time, but with a European plug rather than a UK plug. I now can't get hold of them for love nor money to get the right part, or find out where I can source the right part. There is no phone number, the email addresses they use cannot be replied to, and the website directs you to write requests that can't be submitted due to various error messages.
Avoid.
