Their team handled the migration professionally,

After a difficult experience with my previous host, I entrusted the migration of my WordPress site to PlanetHoster and I can only recommend them.

Their team handled the migration professionally, responded quickly to my requests, and supported me until my site was fully back online. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and the communication was always clear and efficient.

Today, my site is working perfectly. A big thank you to the whole team for their professionalism, availability, and expertise.

My only small regret concerns the pricing policy: when you own several sites, you need to subscribe to additional hosting for each one. A more advantageous plan for customers with multiple sites would be a real plus.

Despite that, I recommend PlanetHoster for the quality of their support and their professionalism.

Communications were very fast and staff were friendly and eager to assist. While I had previously encountered some difficulties with overseas support agents, this experience was entirely different. My queries were answered in minutes by multiple colleagues and I appreciate their time.
