15+ years using HawkHost. Other hosts have come and gone, or been acquired and driven into the ground, but I've been using HawkHost for for longer than GTA 5 has been out.

Easier to manager and email support is good

I’m not that good with computers and you guys made it fast, easy and affordable., that in addition to the great service you provided. Great company to deal with I highly recommend them.

I've been with Hawk Host for 16 years, and I've been very pleased with their service. There have been a few hiccups over the years, but Hawk Host is quick to get an issue fixed with a practical and timely solution. Customer service has been responsive when needed and always helpful.

I've had Hawk Host for years, and the service was always great and a very good price. Tickets have been responded to quickly and effectively.

My only negative experience, and what has kept this from being 5-stars was when they were running a promo a couple of years ago. I saw that the package I had was being advertised as having more resources allocated than it did when I signed up years prior. They were also doing a promo at a lower price. I inquired and specifically stated that I was fine keeping the price the same as I was currently paying, I just wanted my plan allocations to match what they currently offered in the same plan. I clearly stated that I was not looking for the lower price and would happily keep the price I was paying. The response from the agent was rude, because they interpreted it that I wanted the promo price. It basically left me with a taste that I was being chastised and they were doing me a favor that would never be repeated. A favor that I didn't even ask for. It left a bad taste in my mouth that has lasted for years.

I have been using it since 2013, and I'm generally satisfied with their servers' performance and stability. And I also appreciate the fact that they don't increase prices for old customers.

In my opinion, they offer the best hosting and VPS services at the best prices. Their administration panel is very comprehensive, giving you maximum control over the product you’ve purchased; it includes automated backups, a WP Toolkit, management and installation of various CMS platforms, domain transfers or migrations—the list of advantages is endless. On top of that, their customer service is both competent and fast. Thank you.

It is always available and easy to use

I'm with Hawk Host for over 20 years now and that for a reason! Good support, good uptime and fast servers. I like it!

My webpage has been hosted by this company since around 2009. I was totally computer illiterate at the time and a friend set it up for me and managed it for several years. Over time, the management became much more straightforward and eventually I became more proficient and now manage it on my own. It is a great shop window to present to prospective clients.

Their price is great; but in addition, this is a 'no hassle' hosting company. If a question comes up they are quick to respond and very professional. All other times, they remain quietly in the background.

I have been a user since 2016 and currently use two of your services.
I feel that the available storage capacity is no longer in line with modern standards.
I would like to see this improved.
