Ordered Xiaomi 17t, it arrived exactly as scheduled. Customer Service was responsive. Device came in good condition, brand new, IMEI matches the box. The only thing that bothered me is that the box came without plastic wrap, sealed with just two stickers. But I was advised that this is due to the device being sent directly from manufacturer, not distributer.

I've been ordering from PDA Plaza for years, never disappointed. The order process is clear, and their communication is great. You get an email with tracking numbers, my last purchase had FedEx and Canada Post and both (phone and accessory )came in swiftly. I've had to call them previously to ask some questions (Global ROM vs CN ROM), they were very knowledgeable and great on the phone also.
