Actually, Parvlick functioned properly, but the parking experience at Beverollo 24 in Napoli was below expectations. I paid (generously) for covered parking, but it turned out my car was parked on the street in front of the garage. So overpromised, underdelivered. The website functioned properly.

I found the parking lot on Google Maps and followed the link from Google Maps to this booking website. However, after completing the booking, I discovered that the parking lot booked through this website was NOT the parking lot I had originally selected on Google Maps.
This is extremely misleading and very unfriendly to foreign tourists who do not know the area.
I trusted the link and the booking process, only to end up with a reservation for the wrong parking location. On top of that, once the mistake was discovered, it was extremely difficult to modify or cancel the reservation or get immediate assistance.
A terrible and stressful experience. If negative ratings were possible, I would gladly give -5 stars.

Booking was made very easy. The problem we had was the gentleman who worked for the company only spoke Spanish, so it was very painful experience that I do not want again. Last time we booked, great service from the staff except I paid to have the car cleaned and they never touched it. Will I use them again…

Don't know if it's the website or the fault pe the parking lot firm, but the sent qr code didn't open the barrier. Had to call like 5 times the operator until I was able to get in the parking lot. In the end I had to get a normal ticket. I'm curious how much or if I have to pay in the end. Not a pleasant expirience. Quick to take the money, but being left alone when things don't work as they should.

Lack of information on the height of the vehicle. I had to go back and exit the parking I. a very sloped and tight entry. I asked for reimbursement 10 minutes at the beginning of the parking period and they rejected my request for reimbursement. They pretend that information is available, yes maybe if ou open 10 other menu from your smartphone???...
Will not use their service anymore and don't recommend them.

The vehicle category and the corresponding dimensions can also be selected and viewed directly in the search bar.
We understand that this information may not have been sufficiently visible to you in the circumstances, and we appreciate your feedback. Nevertheless, as the relevant information was available before completing the booking, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a reimbursement for this reason.
We’re sorry we couldn’t assist you further on this occasion, and we hope you’ll reconsider using our service in the future.
Paying problems
At the first attempt, the web didn’t allow me to enter credit card number. The cell was simply uneditable. Aj the second attempt, the credit card number was suddenly editable, but at the end Enter key disappeared from the virtual keyboard, and showed up only when I confirmed remembering CVV number, which I really disliked! Other things went well.

Easy. I was trying to book a parking for 6 days in Valencia using the website of a parking. I couldn't finish the process, so the guy at the parking said... use Parclick 🤦🏻♂️. I installed the app and it was a breeze, and that's why I give 5 stars. Love simplicity that works.

We reserved a parking from 8:15 until 18:30 in Los Cristianos, Tenerife. We were back at 18:19 and we had to pay additional 2,35 euros, which is unfair, because we paid for the whole parking before. I really don’t recommend that parking company.

Everytime we holiday in Paris we use Parclick. Never once had an issue. Always guaranteed a parking spot when we use this app. Thank you so much for making our visits to Paris stress free.
This is the first time I have used this parking spot. Maybe 20 spaces available but each one was labelled and rederved for Parclick with a label at each parking spot. The instructions to access the carpark werr easy to follow and opened 1st time with the app. It is quite tight too get in and out, a little difficult for right have drive cars. To exit the carpark you have to use a staircase over 3 floors and the staircase is windy and narrow. Like a castle turret windy srairs. So no good for wherlchair users. As other people have mentioned when exiting the carpark via the staircase, it does bring you to a hotel entrance. Not an issue though. Entry back to the car park is again through the hotel entrance, turn right then open door on right wall to go down stairs back into car park. 15 minute walk from car park to Eiffel Tower.

Was a little bit confusing to start off and the parking lot was not clearly mentioning the capability to detect the license plate numbers. But we pulled the permit and entered, the custodian assured us that all was fine. No additional procedures to go through when leaving.

A scam
A scam, Been to Nice France, before and wanted to park where i parked before. Parclick is double the price for the privilege of book at Park Lympia.
. In addition it does not come with unlimited entries. Also requiring to meet someone to hand over keys for one of the biggest easiest place to park in europe. Found Interparking Sulzer which is equivalent and half the price with unlimited entries (plus number plate recognition).

The company has exceeded my expectations! The young men who have picked up and delivered my vehicle have been very friendly, timely and professional. This process has saved me countless hours walking to an from parking, and is a more reasonable rate than parking options close to the terminal. Do yourself a favor and use them for parking!

It's the second time it happens to me, that I book a parking spot in Spain and when getting to the place, they have no idea about any booking. I have to pay for the parking again, and there is apparently no way to get support from this app to cancel or refund the booking. So, had to pay twice. Also, it's sometimes more expensive the booking than the parking itself. Not recommended
