Good replacement, after accidentally driving over my other one with a car XD

I ordered a AirPod Pro 2 Case and it was defect after 2 months of usage. I contacted the customer service to return the Airpod Case and accidently I left my original Airpods Pro in the case I just returned. Immeditaly I reached out to the customer service so Swappod is aware of the Airpods in the case. Recurring problem is that the customer service is always takinf approx. 1 week to answer these mails.
After 1 week of waiting they replied that they will forward my mail to the person who is in charge for the returns. So the action was only a mail which I know takes ages to read and reply in this company and no easy phone call was made.
Today I got my return back and my airpods are missing.
Customer service is not reachable via phone and I am only able to leave a message on the phone.

@Swappod: Please get my Airpods back. I just can not believe that you just throw them away.

If you consider to buy from Swappod: PLEASE DO YOU A FAVOUR AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. The process from returning the case to realize they probably lost my airpods took 6 weeks. I just have headaches because of this company.

Easy to find what you need, the website is great with all information needed. Fast shipping and the quality of the product is great. I ordered apply airpods, and they are truly the original ones. Happy with the experience

Terrible service, I send their (right) iPod back, because it not works. Also now they are saying that they don’t get it back and the responsibility is on me to prove that I send it back.

i'm missing the case of my airpods. i paid for it, i got the receipt and everything. but not the case. there is also no response from swappod.

Alright, i ordered a new case for my AirPods Pro 2nd generation. This case broke (didn’t charge anymore) within 1 month and send an email to replace it. The first time I received a new case, everything went smoothly. However this second case also broke within 4 weeks (also didn’t charge anymore), I didn’t have faith anymore and wanted my money back. Now they are telling me that I cannot get my money back and can either choose between a voucher or again a new case. They already tried to ‘fix’ my first case which they didn’t succes. After receiving the second broken case, I lost my faith in the company of being able to deliver a good quality product. This might also be a fake apple product but I am not 100% sure about that.
I suggest everyone NOT to order here! Shitty company!

The Communication link is terrible, the service e-mail usually faits to receive e-mails. I tried to change the AirPod from right to left after 1 hour of order, still received the wrong one and for returning I searched the whole Delft to find a UPS center, still no news from them if they wanna return the money or send the right one. Terrible experience.

I ordered a right airpod 4 days ago and on the website it says that it should be delivered the next day you order. i haven’t even gotten a confirmation e-mail.
they don’t respond and are hard to contact. don’t order from here because it’s a waste of money!!!

I ordered a Left airpod pro and the battery only lasts for half to one hour fully charged and after 4 months it stopped charging completely and they won’t tanswer to my email complaints.
