Good replacement, after accidentally driving over my other one with a car XD

When I started my subscription, the website didn't locked finished and Wanted to cancel but there wasn't an option to cancel. The billing plan read that it was month to month. Since there was no cancellation option I assumed this meant that was it and it was an one time payment.
Now 2 months later I see there were 2 more withdraws from my account. So I got back to the website and once again I tried to cancel, now there was an option. Tried to go to some sort of customer support for more help because I want the 2 months worth of money back, to see that there also is no customer service. Total scam, I want my money back but there is no one to talk to.

Videolessen waren heel fijn en behulpzaam. Ze waren niet te lang en hadden precies alles wat je nodig had. Dat samen met de 5 oefenexamens was heel handig. Ik ben hierdoor geslaagd. Dus heel erg bedankt daarvoor.
