Ordered from the Norwegian branch (suztain.no), and it took more than two weeks to get the order delivered. Other than that, it was alright.

yes - our sincere apologies for that - what happened was that the shipping company (DSV) made mistake after mistake, holding the stock back for 2 weeks (!) even if we tried every day to get it out. It was a customs procedure that delayed matters. we are terribly sorry, normally that does not happen but the logistics market is currently extremely turbulent and we can only try our very best. thank you for your kind understanding and kind words, Warm regards Suztain (Denmark)

Customer service replied and confirmed that there is no additional straw and the straw described on the packaging is the drinking one on the top. Bottle is nice but not as sturdy as some other stainless steel bottles.
Bottle is nice and delivery was quick but the straw which is supposed to come with the bottle is missing. I emailed them to ask for am additional straw and have yet to receive a reply. Will change my review once (if) they reply.

Hej Anne, normalt ville dette slet ikke kunne ske i Suztain - men der er en grund :) Vi har solgt rigtigt mange filtre, så mange at producenten ikke kunne følge helt med. vi stod med masser af kunder men kunne ikke få vores papindpakning vi normalt bruger så plastik undgås. Vi måtte derfor prioritere efterspørgslen og af hygiejne årsager vedholde plastik pakningen. Ellers kunne der opstå en teoretisk smitterisiko ved håndtering. Og så synes vi det er SKØNT at du lægger mærke til pakningen, det er noget vi går rigtigt meget op i. KH Suztain

Not the best customer service
I ordered smoothly. They emailed me to tell me they had dispatched my package the same day (Friday), but it wasn't sent until the Monday. Then, when I received it, 2 items were missing and had been replaced with 2 items I did not order. I received my order 3 days ago and emailed them right away with the issue but they have not replied to me.
Edit to add: I have now heard from them, and they have dispatched the goods I was missing. Summer holidays may have been happening, but it makes sense to have sufficient cover for vacation. I will likely look for a store local to me next time rather than ordering online :)
