Our 10 year old Sundance spa badly needed a new cover. Looked at several sites and SpaMigo had the easiest ordering process to make me comfortable that I was going to get exactly what I needed. Jeremy actually reached out to me during the build to go over a small detail. Product arrived and it fits like a glove! Looks like it will last at least ten years in the New York elements. Great site and I would highly recommend SpaMigo.

Easy to order, and they confirmed a potential issue based on the model of the tub before producing the cover. Cover came when they said it would. *Perfect fit!

Even though I entered the model number, the cover is not a perfect fit. It is slightly too small so the overhang does not hang right on one side.
I expected that by putting in the model number, it would be a perfect fit.

The company was great to deal with from the beginning. Very helpful with helping me select the appropriate cover and easy to communicate with. Really appreciated being able to text them questions before and after my order.
Delivery was late by 2 weeks. When it arrived, it fits good but the center fold does not have any reinforcement like my previous cover did. The stitched seam is exposed which makes me wonder if the weather will deteriorate the stitching prematurely. Looking back at my order, it is an upgrade to have a reinforcement strip added and I didn’t select it. So I guess that’s my fault but this is something I thought would have been a standard on a quality built cover.
Overall the cover fits and works well for now. Next time, I would order again from here after being more diligent with the options and prices to compare to other Canadian companies.

Excellent build quality and excellent packaging.

Ordered a cover and when it arrived it did not fit properly. The skirt would not fit over the tub. When built , the cover was EXACTLY the same dimension as the hot tub. There is no way a skirt will fit over a tub if there is no leeway or alowance bulit in to allow an extra inch or so to allow the skirt to fit over . Called them twice about this and they refuse to do anything about it. Be carefule if you decide to order from them. Also it turns out they actually don't make the product themselves. The cover or part of it is made by a company called HST Synthetics in Mississauga. I know this because it was on the packing slip when delivered.

The cover was made pretty precisely. It is nice having a cover that does not weight 300 lbs. ie. water logged cover. It fits exactly as it should. The only thing I would have liked is the option to put the clasps where I wanted them There was only a couple options and neither of them fit where the old clasps were. But I just installed the new ones where they were positioned. Happy overall.

Nick made the transaction happen. He provided good, low pressure advice. I am happy with my cover. It is very light and easy to open and close.

Easy process and excellent product. Delivery time is fairly long - but it was half the time that my local spa shop quoted (and considerably less expensive.) Tracking via their third-party shipper is not well designed, but ultimately worked. Tip: take your time and double check your measurements.

Very knowledgeable rep on the phone. My Hot tub had bowed sides, the rep recommended the taper and skirt length reflecting our Nova Scotia climate. Very easy to track the progress and shipping. Every stage was on time. A perfect fit when it arrived. Just a slight problem with the shipper not being specific with the delivery time. We happened to be out when they came and had to reschedule another delivery time and date. Overall very satisfied with the cover amd process!

I’ve had my spa cover for about a month now and it is incredible! I am beyond satisfied. It is top of the line quality. It is so insulated that it barely takes any time to heat up my hot tub. And my electric bill has gone down as well. I wish I had purchased this years ago!

Great quality and excellent customer service. Our hot tub is an unconventional size, and after I submitted my measurements, they called to verify them and caught a few mistakes I’d made. That follow-up was critical as without it, the cover wouldn’t have fit. Really appreciate the attention to detail and care before putting it into production.
