Why are you not processing refund!!! It has been 2 months!! #1541.
This is not good customer service.

I am Satisfied with my order ,I received it in perfect condition ,the quality is excellent and the after sales service is very responsive .

Very disappointing experience. I discovered authenticity issues and confirmed the sunglasses are not original. The package was shipped from China despite ordering from a French website. They don’t give your money back.

I would not recommend this store and it should be taken down for selling counterfeit items.

I received a counterfeit item, confirmed by an independent authentication expert. I requested a return and full refund, but the merchant did not provide a return address or instructions.

I had to dispute the payment with my bank and provided the authentication report and supporting evidence. My bank ultimately approved a full refund.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this merchant.

Fake sunglasses, don’t buy it from them , you will lose money , there is no refund!

My experience has been extremely disappointing. I sent three emails about my return‑refund request, which were read and left unanswered. I will keep leaving public reviews until site operator contacts me and sorts out my order problem.

I purchased a product advertised as the Dior Club V1U Visor from Skyler Eyes. After receiving the item, I became concerned about its authenticity due to the branding, quality, and overall product details.

I contacted Skyler Eyes requesting a full refund and raised my concerns regarding the product description and authenticity. As I did not receive a satisfactory resolution, I reported the matter to Dior for review and provided the relevant information and supporting evidence.

I am sharing my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision before purchasing. I recommend carefully verifying the authenticity of any luxury branded products purchased online and checking the seller’s company information, registration details, and product sourcing.

I hope Skyler Eyes addresses this matter appropriately and provides a satisfactory resolution.

Ordered a pair of Céline sunglasses. Saw the website was French and expected them to ship from France. No, they shipped from Shenzhen, China. I believe they are counterfeit. I have emailed Skylereyes but so far have been ignored. I have now raised a dispute with my bank, pending resolution. Avoid.

This review may change if Skylereyes respond to my email and offer a satisfactory resolution.

Edit 30/07 3.46pm BST: Skylereyes flagged my review as defamatory but TrustPilot have determined that it is not. Still no response to my email.

100% FAKE. Everything on the website is the same price which is a red flag. Ordered online, charged in EUR and item was shipped direct from Shenzhen. Complete fakes. Have requested a refund and if this is not provided I will do a chargeback with my bank. I would be willing to bet the "positive" reviews are also fake."

Their customer service is efficient and responds within 1-2 days. If customers have questions or concerns they will respond.

I am genuinely shocked at how many companies are supplying counterfeit goods with absolutely no consequences. This company is one of them. They use a French website where you pay in Euros to lull you into a false sense of security. You then get a dispatch notice saying your goods are on their way from CHINA. There is absolutely no good reason a genuine Italian made pair of sunglasses should ever be dispatched from China. When I queried this they didn't even bother denying that the glasses are counterfeit, they offered me a 50% refund straight off the bat.
I'm concerned that not enough is being done to mitigate this kind of fraud. The lack of penalties and consequences are clearly leaving consumers more at risk and vulnerable than ever as cases like this are becoming more prevalent every day.

The items are fake, cheap plastic knock offs shipped from China. I contacted them as soon as I saw the tracking information requesting a full refund and they’re not willing to refund my money. AVOID at all costs. And don’t be fooled by the French content and European currency. Be aware of giving them your money. Horrendous customer service.

They sell fake sunglasses. As many recent reviewers say, Skyler Eyes sells fake items. Their items ship from China, which I thought was odd. But when I opened it, I knew it was fake. The sunglasses case, the hinge, and the printing all tell you that it's fake. Be aware. They did not respond to my email for a return and refund.

I bought a pair of GUCCI, they sell fakes! 140€ - tried to reach them for more than a week and nobody replies, they leave the return window running out so that it’s not refundable anymore. Absolute SCAM, I already reported it and I am in process of having the websites flagged as fraudolent.
UPDATE: after writing this comment, the company reached out and refunded my sunglasses.

I bought a prada butterfly sunglasses amd received it 15-20 days later. When i opened it, i immediately knew it was a fake one!!!!! Even the sunglassebox/cover they provided was also fake. I have checked it to Prada store and indeed it is FAKE!

I'm happy with my glasses from Skyler Eyes! The quality is great, they fit perfectly, and the whole ordering process was easy. Definitely recommend if you 're looking for stylish glasses.

Prada glasses have arrived and I love them. Took slightly longer for delivery but worth the wait!

Product did not pass authentication. AVOID, don't waste your hard-earned money!!

Report them to TrustPilot if they do the same to you!
They have done this to MANY people!

They are the real deal.
I thought they were a scam and I was proven wrong.
From now on I’m only shopping here for all my sunglasses.
The glasses were authentic when I went to have them inspected and this company and their customer service seems very professional and dignified but u have to be patient to receive your sunglasses .
Trust them!!!!
