After much studying and saving my pennies i placed an order for the DOF P6.
Theo was my telephone contact.
Very knowledgeable and for me (i`m old) nice and patient.
I`m in the waiting loop for my order. I cannot comment further.
I will recommend this company based on the advice and service i have so far received....

After reading the great reviews I reached out to Simreality to see if I could save money bundling H4R, Hotas kit and seat together. Theo responded with an attractive offer so I agreed.
After a few days, there is a problem getting a seat so Theo contacted me to offer the bigger seat and he would pay the difference, which sounded generous so I agreed to that too. I stayed home on the agreed delivery day (a Thursday) nobody came. Two boxes arrived next day (Friday) on a pallet, had the driver been 5 minutes earlier I wouldn't have been home.
Unpacking the pallet in the street, I find there's no seat but it's been ordered and should be here soon. On the following Tuesday I get an email to say the supplier only has the seat in red, would I be happy with that? I prefer black so chose to wait. In total the order was placed 25th July and the seat arrived on 24th August. A few relatively minor hiccups but great comms and the H4R is awesome. Just a warning to others, if you have Virpil Hotas, collective or switch panels, the £99 Hotas kit is awful, none of the holes in the kit aligned. Also the bolts had countersunk heads while none of the holes are countersunk, so the bolts stick up slightly.

I ordered a Dof Reality H4R, and to my surprise I received it in just over 9 days!
Sales were very prompt to get back to me when I asked for the Sim Racing Studio licence key, so all in all an excellent experience.

Great service & customer support plus fast delivery. Definitely recommend these guys.

Theo was very helpful i kept sending sending him emails asking loads questions especially about the bucket seat i kept changing my mind adding this adding that changing this changing that and Theo was super cool so bought the h4 and MAN AMAZING!!!!! great vid on yt how to assemble by VR SIMNUT and you can't go wrong 👌 fantastic.. thanks SIMREALITY and Thanks Theo

Great experience with Sim Reality. Bought 7 x H6 systems for a large project. The guys were great!

Ordered a pair of gloves for racing, went with the manufacturers sizing recommendation based on their charts. When the gloves arrived they were too small and I requested an exchange.

Theo was prompt to reply and got an exchange sorted out super quickly for me. As soon as the first pair arrived at SimReality the replacement pair were dispatched the same day.

Great service wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!

It was a pleasant surprise to find out that DOF Reality now has a UK supplier and made purchasing my H4R flight machine a doddle and completely risk free.

I wanted the H4 for a good while, but the prospect of sending my money to a foreign war zone held me off.

Communications with Dom and Theo were always dealt with quickly and patiently and they kept me well informed of the status of my order.

Delivery was quoted as between six and eight weeks, but the platform arrived in around four and the following parts a few days later.

I would definitely use them again.

Poor experience i have to say .ordered a dof h2 said delivery 3 to 4 weeks 6 weeks later still nothing then they got delivery but my unit was not in that order so after a further 2 weeks I decided to get refund

Super fast delivery, to match amazons next day has to be recognised those days as it takes extra dedication! Perfect communication as well!! Really happy, I recommend!

I’ve been dealing direct with Dominic to get my order for an H6 platform. I had very specific needs and Dom provided me with all the answers I was looking for. His response times were very quick and he even responded on a Sunday when I didn’t expect it. I later added to my order and he made sure I had the right choice. I’m looking forward to delivery of the system and aim to update this review once it’s all up and running. I highly recommend this business, and as it’s British let’s support them.

I have been looking at home flight simulator setups for a while and I wanted to try one before committing to buying. I was in luck as Sim Reality had just started distributing DOF Reality sims. I contacted Theo and he set up two different DOF reality sims for me to try. I was made so welcome and Theo was really helpful with explaining the different setups and he got me racing and flying (not at the same time), it was awesome. It didn't take long for me to get hooked and I ordered the DOF H6 the next day. Theo kept me up to date on the delivery, making sure I was happy with the order. It has all now arrived and I'm looking forward to building it.

If you’re into sim racing or flying this company can sort out your needs. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable and good to have a uk company to deal with.
Also have a showroom set up to test out. I’ve used for a purchase of a DOF H3 and was really happy with the service 5% off and delivered free within 3 days of order couldn’t be more happy. Have since placed 2 other orders with them and been given discount on all items Theo and Dom even delivered one item themselves and took a look at my unit to help resolve an alignment issue I was having on my setup not related to anything on their part.
Theo even sourced an item I wanted on my last order that they didn’t sell so these guys at sim reality will really go the extra mile to help where they can.
I will always look to use these for my racing needs in the future.
