I liked using their services especially for making websites. Only 4 stars because I still struggle to navigate sometimes, but everything else is absolutely perfect.

Takes to long

I placed an order for a domain, and shortly afterward my order was flagged for a manual review. Since then, almost 3 days have passed with no updates, no explanation, and no emails requesting additional information or verification.

The lack of communication is unacceptable. If an order requires review, the company should at least inform the customer about what's happening and provide an estimated timeframe.

At this point, I've paid but have received neither the domain nor any meaningful response from support. I hope this is resolved soon, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this registrar.

I had forgotten to cancel a web hotel plan that was not being used anymore, and contacted Simply's support about a refund.
A supporter named Marcus was extremely helpful and helped med right away and refunded the amount paid for the canceled subscription.

Good good good good

I had an urgent matter regarding a transaction with Simply.com, that I needed to cancel.
When I reached out to costumer service, they responded almost instantly and was able to help me out within a few hours. This is some of the best costumerservices I've ever experienced. Simply deserves an A+ for this. I am sincerely grateful for the help I got! :-)

I used web mail at simply.com for about a year, but had some trouble using the 'kontrol panel" both when the product needed renewing and then about the payment. However after being in touch with customer service I got a refund.

We have used simply.com to create a website. It has been relatively easy yes - but every time we have to edit something on the website I struggle to find their website designer. I log in - nothing. I search for website designer... and nothing. which is super frustrating. I don't mean to be negative but it would be so nice if you would redesign it so that it is easier to use and find :))

They’re not cheap, but their customer service is excellent and far beyond what I’m used to. For the customer service alone, I’m giving them 5 stars. Thank you for your service.
