Hard to find items in one place, so it makes it easy to shop

I can't exactly remember her name, but who I believe to be the store manager was very very kind, friendly, and even complimented my product choices. She also helped out a couple who just needed some patch tape for one of their inflatable floaters for no charge.
Very nice lady, she definitely deserves a raise haha

Purchased an item, paid for shipping and about a week after the item arrived, a FedEx invoice for customs fees ($35) showed up. I don't think anyone would buy a $50 product if they knew they'd end up paying over $45 in shipping. Spoke with Nomad's and apparently the fact that you have to pay customs fees is hidden inside of a shipping policy at the bottom of their web page. Unless you are from Canada, you will pay this, I think a company doing business like this is beyond shady. Nomads should be ashamed of themselves for such unethical business practices. This company is deceptive and unprincipled. In this age of e-commerce and having to trust who you purchase from online, this manipulative lack of integrity on their part will keep me from ever buying from them again.

Helpful, knowledgable, and great prices

The order was suppose to be here the 31 one it not going to be here for another 5 days which now I have no shoes for my son to wear for graduation

I bought sandals for my husband and paid shipping and handling with the purchase. I received a bill of an additional $18 from FedEx for more shipping. Silence from customer service after multiple attempts to contact them. Do not order anything from here you will get an another bill later.

Bought my son his first snowboard and got it shipped to England. The only minor negative I would say is, I wish they could calculate the total shipping (for international shipping at checkout). Instead of paying for shipping and then having to pay an additional amount.

Apart from that the snowboard arrived on the day it was supposed to and there were no issues. Very happy

The prices of things at this store is out of control. I bought a beaded bracelet that had a price tag of $39.99 and when I took that price tag off because it was a gift, there was another price tag from the company that makes the bracelet and it was $13.99.. so overpriced and the workers weren’t friendly or helpful with anything

BEWARE - This company is subject to high tariffs to ship to US but they do not let you know. You will get the bill a wekk after you get your order.
Buy from Amazon instead! Website boasts free shipping. I placed my order. 3 days later I received a message that item would not be shipped until I paid $41 dollars to ship the item. (The site should know which items require a shipping charge and add that at checkout.) A week after it arrived, I received another bill from FedEx that I owed another $36 for tariffs and customs. No mention of additonal fees when I sent the shipping fee. I called and they said yes, there are customs fees but not willing to do anything. Also they do not feel the need to inform customers that another bill will be coming.

Website advertised free shipping and checkout showed free shipping, but after I paid I was asked for an additional $61.51 shipping fee.

Ordered a snowboard jacket and boots, both arrived quite quickly as described. Selection of brands is solid and the clearance section had some genuinely good deals. Affirm pay made it easy to split the cost without any problems. Good shop
