Do not buy from this brand unless you’re 100% sure you’re going to keep the shoes.It has been a month and a half since I returned a pair of flats, and I still haven’t received my refund. This is unacceptable customer service. A return should not take this long to process, and customers shouldn’t have to wait weeks just to get their money back. I would not recommend this brand based on my experience.
