I have been customer since 2019.every…

I have been customer since 2019.every year I placed an order and paid with my card.last year (2023) however.i received a made up order for top 20 -( 2-8) -2023.i was willing to pay for them plus shipping.however I felt I shouldn't be charged constant late fees.i have sent endless e mails and have never been sent a resolution just a bunch of threats.i must say i have been dealing with lots of german business but never had this mess.otherwise these people do send correct items.

How not to do business

Like many other customers I am being sent reminders for goods that had been paid upfront.

If 0 stars were possible then I’d gladly give it.

Like others I am suffering from this…

Like others I am suffering from this company trying to bully more money from me.
First they sent demand for part of money on order where I had paid full amount. Customer service sent email confirming full amount received then they sent another demand for same partial amount.
Now they have shipped package to me when I have not placed a new order.
This means I have to return the package when it's delivered & they will be sending more demands for money!
Corrupt business!!
