Several mistakes and poor customer treatment

Much longer waiting on items, poor information and lack of information, long respons time to mails. Get only answers from the EU store, and they can´t help me. The US store is keep sending my mails in return!
I had also paid country vat to the store, but had to pay a large extra amount of taxes anyway to my country, a bit of that is caused by the companys mistake when they fill out the shipping papers. A t-shirt to 80 dollars has now cost me 200 dollars.
Do NOT order from this store!!!!
