Worst experience in online-shopping…

Worst experience in online-shopping ever!

I bought a product and set my DELIVERY + INVOICE addresses - different from each other in the profile.
The product was send to the invoice adress and never arrived - since everyone is on holliday in the middle of august in Italy.

i tried everything - contacting service - courier - flaconi itself - everyone tourned my away.
The prodcut I payed is now somewhere but never arrived and noone is willing to find a sollution.

I LOST THE MONEY AND SO MUCH TIME !!

SCAM!

I never received my order and at first they refunded it but now they are asking me again for the money, threatening legal action. I have been shopping online for many years and never had such a TERRIBLE experience before. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO SHOP THERE!

Don't trust this company - possible cash flow issues

This is about Flaconi.it order made in Naples. This company choses the cheapest delivery service possible, which does not allow for alternative addresses when the supposed deliveries don't materialize.

I ordered on 29 Nov and 12 Dec the package still has not arrived. Waited for more than a week and then the system showed supposed repeated failures to deliver at the very moment I was at home WHILE other deliveries were made without any issues.

I want my money back (+/- 80 euro). Don't order here.

Edit: 2 days later now. 14 Dec. Each email to this company gives a similar standard reply that is drawn up to resemble a proper response but does not address any of the issues raised. It's automated and mimics real customer care.

E.g., they tell me "to contact the courier" if I want to change the address, but do not provide the contact details. The so-called courier has no contact option.

Or they claim that packages that are not delivered will be returned to them (probably all the way to Germany and that I then - and only then - get my money back (which I cannot check, of course).

Possibly this company has an urgent cash flow problem and cannot repay.

Oh and then they suggest I order again, this time at another address... Heuh? Order again? I will never EVER order there again. Duh.

Unfortunately, you did not provide us with an order number, so we are unable to trace your case.

It is indeed the case that we cannot change addresses after the order has been placed, so we refer you to the shipping provider, as they have the option of redirecting the shipment before delivery.

Once you send us your order number by email, we will immediately check the status of your refund. However, this is not possible without further information.
