This company is a ripoff, DO NOT waste your money on any products they sell on their website!
To explain why I am not recommending this company, I ordered a West Coast Choppers shirt from their website via TikTok because it was advertised on there. To begin with, getting a hold of anyone in customer service is impossible! I never received any notifications or messages regarding tracking so the entire time this order was being sent to me, I had no idea if I was going to receive it or not. I had contacted them THREE times regarding tracking status. I started getting really nervous when I stumbled upon reviews about this company and saw that handfuls of people were experiencing similar issues. Once I finally received the order, the shirt is a knockoff. The shirt in the picture clearly shows the tag is an authentic West Coast Choppers logo, and the fabric of the shirt is completely different in person than what is shown on the website. The tag that was placed on the shirt simply just shows “L” for the size that I ordered, NOT the brand logo. This shirt was advertised as an actual West Coast Choppers shirt and instead I received a fake! If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. It shows that it’s at a discounted price as well which I’m sure is only to get more people to buy the knockoff shirt, false advertising = more money for these people. Don’t waste your time or money on this website. I should’ve known better to do my research on this brand rather than be steered in the wrong direction by this company.

Never received my Bracelets

The over charged me, 90 dollars!!! I bought 2 bracelets for 33, they took the 33 and then my debit got hit again for another 90 BUCKS!!! I can't get ahold of ANYONE and it's day 3 of no one calling or emailing me back!

Do not waste your money

My daughter placed an order and no order has been received. Many attempts of contacting them no response does anyone know how to claim back the money? Im so angry my daughter has been conned and wish she had read the reviews before purchasing. Can anyone advise?

Package arrived without any problems with the shoes I ordered, right model in the right size, just a good experience.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. The jumper I ordered was nothing like the online picture. There were no labels at all on the jumper and it is badly made from some synthetic material. There are no labels to tell me anything about the product. I have been robbed.

Absolutely rip off. Undersized and if I wanted a polyester jumper I would have not paid £40. The colour wasn’t as advertised … nothing was as advertised. The links no longer work so suspect they change trading names and sites regularly. Should have known better. Absolute garbage!!!

Not happy with this company. I ordered a jumper which arrived after 2 weeks. Unfortunately it was very uncomfortable on my skin so I asked to return it and get a refund. They wanted a photo! When I said I couldn’t send a photo of how my skin feels and wanted to return it, they told me I have to pay the refund cost to China, and offered me a 10% refund. So I would be left with a jumper I paid over £30.00 that I can’t wear.

Ordered 2 jumpers that were sent from China so took 2 weeks to arrive - this wasn't made clear when ordering.
Items were too large so asked to return them. They asked for photos for some reason! I told them "no" as they're not faulty, just too large. Not heard anything from them since.
Very unprofessional and no easy way to contact them.
Avoid this company.

Seloraco razors are great, but their client care needs improvement. The razors themselves are of high quality, but waiting days for a response was frustrating. Improving their customer care efficiency would greatly benefit the overall customer experience.
