Well to start with send the customer what they ordered. I ordered 4 x 75g bottles I received 1 x 200g bottle with a nice little note trying to gaslight me into believing it’s the same but in an XXL bottle. I emailed them showed them the calculations on how it is not the same and they basically said nope you’re wrong it’s the same but we’ll give you 50% discount on your next order. Like hell I’ll be spending more money with them and risking not getting what i ordered even if it’s 50% off. You already ripped me of 33% worth of product

Be aware, website is a scam, unauthorised transaction without aproval , attempted card use in another Korean beauty shop ( blocked by my bank).

The ad clearly states 60-day money back guarantee if you’re not completely satisfied. I don’t see any improvement on my face so I contacted support and now I’m being told it’s 30 day returns must be in original condition to get a refund and I have to pay for return shipping and provide them with tracking. I hate these foreign companies that switch up when you don’t like their product.

I like the application and the smooth feeling of skin even after 30mins on face
I am unsure of any evidence based research that states it has any benefits for long term skin care
I would never purchase again purely based on how the company automatically orders regular shipments taking your money despite having cancelled subscriptions I never consented to. The company is difficult or plainly impossible to contact.
So it’s a no no no from as I am very aware that that there are reputable Korean skincare companies

Horrible experience. They trick you by putting in small print that you are getting a discount but the smallest print is for a subscription. Why would I sign up for a subscription for a factual product that I haven’t used. I was not satisfied with results and asked for a return on my money and I have requested 3 times with no response from customer service. Poor quality and poor customer response

It do not buy this product. It's a scam, they keep charging you when you don't want it, and when you try to cancel, they charge you more.

The smell was so strong it gave me a headache so couldn't use it

Fraud deal!! I purchased a deal, buy 2 x 75mL receive 2 x 75mL free from: trybreathly.com (is this the same company?) and received 1 x 200mL bottle 3 weeks after ordering. I reached out and they said they sent 1 extra large so there was nothing wrong with that. Not even the same amount. I never would have purchased this deal if I knew I was getting 1 bottle. I intended to give some to colleagues to try too. I haven't even used the product yet, but I'm really disappointed that they duped me and won't fix the issue. Do not buy from this company.

Worst customer service. I’ve been trying to get my refund. I showed proof it my package was delivered to them on their porch and they have been ghosting me. Had to pay to get it return out of my own package and they won’t even return my msgs.

I love my yuri mask. it makes my face look soft and glass-like and it shrinks all my pores.

So misleading! I did not realise it was a subscription order. I got billed the second month. When I replied to the email addresses, I got a reply saying that they do not exist. When I logged into my account on the website, there was no information that I had made a monthly subscription order. Hence, I was unable to report to my credit card company, given the lack of evidence.

Do not buy. The product is not worth the money, and they store your credit card for auto-purchases without your information or approval. Their customer service does not answer, even though this is the only email to reach them. It returns a not found error. Very sketchy. 3 weeks after my purchase with them, they sent me another email saying that I had placed an order, which of course, I did not. I tried to log in and see what's going on, but I couldn't find any information; the order shows as nonexistent, and I couldn't even find how they stored my credit card when I did not have an account with thm. I reached out to them a couple of times via that email, but did not hear back. If you read this review, please do not buy from this fraudulent, sketchy website.

SCAM...This company is a big scam. It signs you up for a subscription you did not accept at checkout. Then they continue to charge your cc and the customer service email is fake, email immediately get returned. Google it, others have been scammed. You have to call your credit card company to get the charges stopped!

Complete scam. Product received however tried to cancel subscription multiple times and email is not valid nor is the page to manage the subscription. DON’T buy from them.

Scam - deducted money and kept on deducted every month (June 4, and 26 June ) twice so far even after email confirmation received that the the order has cancelled for recurring monthly order. When I contacted second time the email id does not exist.

Beware of these sellers. Nowhere on my order did I agree to a subscription, and after reading other reviews I contacted them to ensure I was not charged again. They didn't respond, and proceeded to deduct from my account again. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Yuri

Takes a long time to dry. Hard to get off face. Did not notice results.
