Bought a car polisher after a short while the battery broke which they replaced now after hardly using it it does not hold charge I did message them but no reply I’ve now tossed this useless polisher in bin

Not that I expected anything different, but no. They never attempted to fix the problem. I stand by my original review. Edit to add: received a reply about refund or replacement from the company with a promised email and follow up. Will keep you informed as to whether they actually take care of it and will amend review if they do...Further info for customer service at the bottom... Absolute garbage!! Brand new Saker Eversteam Instant-Heat Steam Cleaner, Model WHL-623, $79 plus tax and shipping. First time out of the box I got a fatal E3 error code. Unplugged and retried, same thing. IF you do decide to purchase this item, make VERY SURE that you get it from Amazon or another site where you can actually return it. I made the mistake of buying it from Saker Pro and, per usual, have been ghosted from a company in China...now I'm out just over $100. BUYER BEWARE!!

The commercial shown on You Tube for the Saker Handheld steam cleaner has a woman slapping the face of a man holding a baby. It doesn’t show the police arresting her for domestic abuse. What a horrific ad!

Purchased a small electric chain saw.
Took the money from the Credit Card immediately.
No confirmation, no details of email address or telephone numbers.
Took weeks and weeks to come.
No warranty, no details of our order number.....
Worked for about 50 times.
Now the charging appliances are faulty ie the saw cannot be used.
Wish we had never heard of this company and my husband will not be purchasing anything else. We shall now shop locally and wish we had done so in the first place.

Although we attempted to contact ~Saker Tools, or whatever name they may be trading under to no avail.

Would I purchase from this company again - DEFINITELY NOT.

I have left a date, however, as there is no paperwork it is an approximation.

Actually beginning to wonder if there are various Sake companies.

The ordering was easy, the shipping was quick, good amount of inventory on had.

I purchased a socket fan in December last year for my elderly parents who are both pensioners so that they don't suffer the summer heat in Melbourne VIC. I received a message that the socket fan was delivered 01/01/2026 but my parents never received the fan, how I know this, I fitted my parents front door with a Ring door bell/camera before Christmas and we have a record that no delivery was made on 1 January 2026. I advised Saker Plus - customer at support.saker-plus.com and cs at sakerplus.com several emails ensued and not one of them were responded to. Effectively lost $65.83 plus extended warranty on top. Unfortunately SakerPlus is just another Temu in sheep's clothing. Interesting that there’s several Saker Plus websites from different countries, must be a world wide scam and I got stung.

I placed my order on January 1st 2026, it is now the 19th & I have still not received my item, I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions by email, I received an email saying that they would look into this ASAP, but still nothing.
The customer service is absolutely abysmal, so at the moment they have £38.00 of my money & I still have not received my item !!!

Awful product. Advertised with adults however sent for aged 6+. Couldn’t use the boxing machine and despite the company saying 15 days for delivery to UK it took over two months. Do not buy the cheap products that are falsely advertised.

Very poor customer service taking money for products they don't even have in stock generic response to emails asking to be patient

This is another Chinese company that sells cheap and does not deliver. I was sent an order that took about 3 weeks to arrive and half the order was the wrong item. I tried to contact Saker Tools customer services and received no reply. Eventually I left it with PAYPAL, who clearly failed to reach Saker Tools and I was reimbursed. My experience of Chinese based Companies is that they don't do returns because of the costs involved in shipping. My advice would be to pay a little more and buy from a company based in Europe. Disappointing but typical.

I ordered a food weighing scale this company on 6th November. I still haven’t received my order. I contacted the company who told me the item is out of stock! I have emailed them for an update and asking why the took money for an item that is out of stock and I have no reply. They are now ignoring it emails.

The security ring went off so that I cant use the tool at all. Customer support doesnt respond by email and mobile number is unabailable.

Wish I’d never ordered from these bunch of clowns. Ordered Oct 5, money swiftly taken from my account, how I don’t know delivery address defaulted to old address via Shop. Emailed Saker about this, no reply. Can’t track order. Dreadful company keep well clear.
